[Resolved]  Idea Customer Care — i kamal arora complaint against idea customer care mobile no [protected]

i am extinng customer of idea mobile company my post paid mobile no [protected] idea can charge rs 150 two times in month of dec 2008 on date 13/12/2008 call from customer care to me we have activate your idea tv with all channels i am iagree with her and i am allow to her for activate my plan of 150 per month but same day i am call in customer care for information about idea tv customer care representative tell in idea tv has only news channel so i am not intersted in idea tv so tell to customer care representative ple deactive my idea tv service she tell me in this time i am not take your reqeest now because server is not respondining i also call three four times in the day but she does not take my reqest and on date 16 /12/2008 i req in customer care so on this time he submit my req but in bill of nov 2008 i am shocked that idea company can charge me rs 300 for 2 month i can not use idea service not more one day so why idea company charge 300 ple waiver of rs 300 in bill of nov 2008 you ple action against idea company ple waived of rs 300 in my bill month of nov 2008

Dear Sir,

I am having the mobile phone No. [protected] connection in my name for the past 10 years. – Post paid

I also have an add on connection No. [protected] – Prepaid.

I was not using the above add on phone No. [protected] for more than 3 months. When I wanted use the same now, it says the incoming and outgoing calls are barred.

When I contacted your customer care call centre, I was told that they have barred the incoming and outgoing since the phone was not in use for 60 days. If i want to activate this, they say that I have to re-charge the phone with Rs.60/-. When I asked them that this was not made known to me, they say that they had sent an SMS to the above No. On 23rd October about this.

I am quite surprised as to how a person will know about the SMS since he is not using this phone. You should have sent the SMS to my main phone [protected] so that I would have taken action immediately.

You cannot take advantage of this by just barring the incoming/outgoing and then ask the customer to pay for this.

I therefore request you to please activate the connection immediately without any extra charge.

I am completely dissatisfied with the way you are working.

MY MOBIL HAD BEN HAKED BY UNKNOWN PERSON AND MY MOBILE IS CHARGED RS100 LAST DAY AND RS79 TODAY SO WHAT THE HELL IS IDEA DOING IF ANY ONE CAN HACK IDEA CARD DEN IT IS OF NO USE.

so this is my humble request whoever read this mail please deactive this plan i.e 1pai/sec and i want my old plan i.e 251 plan... make this response as early as possible...

My mobile no is [protected].One month back I gave complaint about deducting one rupee and sometimes 1.50 rupees per msg though i have 150free msg daily. you have deducted total 15 rupees and you havenot refunded it.
My mobile no is [protected]. I have 150 messages free daily. But every now and then message is charged 1 rupee and sometimes 1.50 rupees. this is happening 2nd time. correct the problem and refund the money of 5 rupees.

i m a customer of idea & my no. is [protected].I belongs to bhilai(chhattisgarh).Idea services has been cheated us 3 to 4 times in past 3 months through different ways.now i m going to change my SIM.Once it has deducted Rs.100 for any Terriff plan.According to cust. care it has done through verbal conversation but i did not know when it had been done.After complaint they refund us only Rs. 50.Recently today early morning they deducted Rs. 50 again for any service which i did not know.Cust.care told this service is also provided through mobile conversation & they cann't to anythingh about this matter.They can only stop the services but cann't refund.They also suggested us to go to consumer foram for any positive result.What is going wrong?What is the meaning of Customer Care Service?Why r u destroying the company image like this?Customers are very frusteted by this.You know very well if customer wants any service then he does it through nearest cust. care. or any service provider but not through this like telephonic conversation.There is no proof of this type of activity.What should we do?We r ur customer not Testing material.Please don't do this.

I request you to kindly activate my old plan i.e, i ahd plan in which i had 150 sms daily free and any local calls was 50 paise. kindly do the needful.
