[Resolved]  Idea Postpaid Bill — About My Postpaid Bill

Dear sir,
when i dial 12345 for balance inquary reply always come wrong, morning is was showing RS. 514/-, after two call it was showing Rs. 674/-. what is this.
If i will not get proper response and correct result, not be paid to you next bill amount.
look into the matter and clarify imm.

Dear Sir, mera mobile no is [protected] hai. maine apna bill 9th jan 2010 ko apke head office main 200 pay kiya tha. woh ek bar mere account main chala geya . lekin woh mere ko bina inform kiye 12th jan 2010 ko mere account se reverse kar liye gaye. aur ab mujhe kaha ja raha hai k sir woh wrong antry thi. aur woh slip cancel ho gaee thi jis se apka bill pay hua tha. ab main apke office ten time visit kar chuka hoon na to mere ko woh slip show ki ja rahi hai. aur na hi meri out going calls chal rahi hai. maine usi din apne doosre no ki jo k [protected] hai ka bill 300 bhi pay kiya tha. jo k Baljinder singh k naam se chal raha hai bilkul sahi hai. please aap jitni jaldi ho sake meri help ki jiye nahin toh mujhe majbooran consumer court jana padega
