[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service persons not attending

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

My complaint no. 11718882, placed in your call center has not been attended to. The mobile no. [protected], Name: P.N.Sathya Narayanan, Address. B2 205, Sriram white house apartment, R.T.Nagar, Bangalore 560 32.

I had given a complaint on 3rd Oct 2013 and was told that the complaint had been called off by some person in your franchise.

I observe that the service has come down very badly of late. The franchisee in R T Nagar, who has been appointed by you has not been able to address issue and are not equipped enough to talk to customers. The number of calls made to your call center are at least 10 so far. I have been told by the call center that the issue will be taken to a higher level but action is yet to be taken. I have been promised that the issue will be resolved today.

I have been constantly following up with your service person who tells me that he would come in half an hour, or by 2 pm and to finally understand that they did not have stock of the ball bearing all these days. If you guys did not have stock, why did you have to tell us lies that you would be coming in half an hour or so. It would be genuine if you could tell your customers that you do not have the stock of the spare and give us one particular date and attend to the complaint on the day. What happens to the promise you make during sales of your washing machine? I wish you respect the time of the customer who waits for you leaving her work etc.,

However I have written to you because I feel the service of IFB is going down badly.Either you have started ignoring your customers or there could be a problem in identifying the right franchisee for service. Just wanted to let you know about a feedback of a very hurt customer.

Best advice is never buy any washing machine from IFB, as all model have noice problem and service is very-very poor and expensive, better to opt for Samsung or Godreg. Refer Cust ID-2828890 and complain No[protected] dated[protected] at 1200 hrs.
i have IFB washing machine, dish washer and Microwave ...i strangely i bought each product twice, since last 12 years the service has gone from bad to worst ...now the situation is whosoever come for servicing want to chnage all parts of the washing machine and earn money...there is some conspiracy among all service men that they would tell you your machine is completely bad...Be it Vinod, Ravi and recent one was new ..i forgot his name what his cell number was [protected]... i have seen all of them come to my place and change parts unnecessarily ...

We are using IFB Senorita washing machine, we have taken warranty extension on[protected] by your technician(Ashoke) in Naidupeta Nellore District, he has given warranty extension bill and he told me I will give original Bond on next visit but still now we have't receive any Bond Now we have problem with our washing machine and also inform to you through phone our ID is 1825986.

IFB washing machines' operation mannual and guarantee cards mention their machine giving ever and again satisfying customer's family needs of washing cloths. Its web sites claims total customer satisfaction and excellance through perfaction in manufacturing. But these are claims which company never intends to honour and are made only to lure the customers by befooling them and to stand in competiton with other companies and as such unfair trade practices as defined in consumer protection act and fraud as defined in criminal law.I purchased fully automatic washing machine on these claims of IFB which has become a junk within few months as its shockers, control panel and other major parts all need to be changed which cost more or less the same amount as of IFB's new machine within few months of its purchase. This is their perfection in manufacturing. and excellence and yet they also claims that their machine gives ever and again satisfying service However as per their claims customers can file complaints against the company through out their lives as their claims guarantee their product giving satisfying service the whole of life (as is clear from ever and again satisfying service claim of the company) Therefor all customers who are not satisfied with washing machine of IFB and do not get their grievance redressed like me can file complaint in consumer court and other courts for the same dont allow IFB to run its business based on false and fraudulant claims which they do not intend to honour. I had lodged complaints against IFB washing machine in the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, consumer court and competition commission of India against its making false and fraudulant claims and giving false assurances to customers which it did not intend to honour including that its machine gives ever and again satisfying services in washing cloths even when the reality is contrary to it. To get these complaints withdrawn IFB checked the machine in March 14 which was lying defunct since December 2012 and claimed that it has changed its shockers, control panel, door lock and gear box to bring it in operation. They made 4 visits to change these parts when machine was found defeunct even after 1 visit after another. But mchine did not work even after that which showed that IFB itself could not set its machine right even after 4 visits and changing of parts. This is their craftsmanship and exposure of falsehood of their making claim that their machine gives ever and again satisfying service in washing cloths. Though I withdrew the complaints on the recorded undertaking given by IFB's representative one Shri Arif to the consumer court that IFB will remove defects if found after withdrawal of the complaint also but soon after that IFB is not doing so and is indulging in contempt of court act also. The undertaking was given in March and my complaint with IFB bearing ticket NO. 12592382 dt. 18th March has not been attended and I have been asked to pay service charges contrary to undertaking given in court without even standing guarantee/warrantee for the parts changed by it . I have lodged another complaint bearing ticket No. 12756962 dt 12.4.2014. Today technician came but could not set the machine in operation and told that its magnet balls are also to be changed for which I will have to pay another Rs. 500-600 and with this change the machine all major parts will stand changed just in few months of its actual operation. Wah what a quality product The IFB which is indulging in contempt of court act also can well be understood as to how they are defrauding and cheating their customers, competitors and other concerned on other matters. They are indulging in unfair trade practices to compete with their competitors also by making false claims that their machine give ever and again saisfying service to lure the customers over their competitors and after luring them and making them to buy their machines defraud and cheat the customers by not honouring their this claim. I will pay them service charge which they demand contrary to their undertaking to the court and file contempt petition also against them besides getting my withdrawn complaints restored against IFB. But public must now be careful in dealing with IFB and avoid itself getting befooled by false claims of IFB regarding good performance of its machine which in reality turn into junk after some time instead of giving service as happened in my case. I am in AMC with your Tanuku branch in west godavari of APand i am residing in Bhimavaram town.on 17.07.2014 at 10am i lodged a complaing but he didn't send any person even after repeated phone calls.at present from 4pm onwards i am trying to contact the no [protected].but the phone is switched off.the service person is most irregural, reckless and willn't stand on his word.how can i continue my AMC him.

My name is Saravana kumar my complaint number is 11737502, nun of the service technician is answering the call nor IFB executive Mr. Nanda mobile [protected] is also not answering the call. My machine is in AMC since I purchased. Motor is failure technician has taken the motor and repairing. One of the worst service. I never recommend IFB machine to any one and I will never buy IFB in my lift. I am going to through the machine to dust bin.
I have booked a complaint to customer service centre on 13/02/2015, with complaint no:[protected] but till date it has not been repaired, i contacted the customer service, but they don't provide any service with this time. What action we take sir????

my status also the same i have the problem with only after sales servicing in my city tiruchirappalli no sincere service centre for the ifb almost 5 to 6 service agend have changed when they come to see the complaint first they will ask for amc after getting the amc they will not attend the call even if they attend the call they will not come for even checking the machine amc means atleast once in a quarter they should see the running of the machin and do the preventive measure but in ifb all the service agend is there to collect the amc that to only in breakdown servicing next breakdown they will come after the expire of the amc that is the reason the sale of the ifb washing machine is reduced in 2004 after the purchase of my machine i recomended almost 5 friend but now i am fear to recommend it because of the after sale service
Comments provided by IFB are only words which they copied from some where. IFB is not serious about the customer complaints. Service centre only cheat people by replacing all parts. The bills provided by Service centre is not of IFB.
They people are cheating the government also by giving false bills.

This is Debashish nayak, I have logged a complaint(No : [protected]) around 10 days before.Still no respond from them. Even is have follow up around 5 times and send 10 emails. Still no respond from them.

IFB Washing machine not rinsing

Washing machine is not rinsing due to this water is not getting out.
I raised a complaint on 9 oct 17 and today is 11 oct but still no executive has communicated to me. IFB dont care about customers

I have registered a complaint about my IFB Washing Machine Model TL_ SDR 6.5 KG Aqua on 11/04/2019. But till date (14/04/2019) even in spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine. Worst service i have ever come across.
