Service persones not attending
My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Chennai is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

My complaint no. 1569414 dated 19-2-08 for IFB machine under AMC is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take?

IFB Washing M/C - Service Engineer's working hours are from 10:30am - 5:30pm.,
Myself and my wife , both are working in S/W firms and we have office hours from 9-7, leave alone the travel time. We couldnn't get our Washing M/C installed because the Service Engineer was very peculiar about his working hours and couldn't extend it for any reason, and would straightaway throw a NO on your face without any regret.

I have lodged a complaint about the poor service quality of your service technicians. I have informed Mr.Vinodh about this and till today the problem is unattended. The company is very insensitive to customer complaints. My telephone number is +919841582396.

The IFB personnel have not come to install the machine till now. Its been pending since 6 months. Worst service i have ever come across.

my washing machine purchased on 2001 is having problem and is not being attended by your service station or your service mechanic Mr.srivastava.Please look into the matter.

plz let me know how to use ifb coffee maker model number XQ618. i am not able to find the inlet to put the cofee powder or tea leaves.
the matter in the usermanual given to me is very limited and not described sufficiently. so plz help

I have purchased IFb Elend model from ARCEE chembur on 12th April 2008. On 14th April 2008 service engineer came for demonstration & installation. But he couldnot demonstrate it, because machine was faulty. He recommended its replacement. The replacement is supposed to be done on 15th April 2008 evening. But till today i.e. 28th april 2008, nothing happened. We are everyday contacting everybody in IFB mumbai, but no one is taking care of our problem. We even don't know the status of our complaint. I am really upset with this type of unprofessional atttude of IFB's personnal.

At home, we have an IFB washing machine and it is duly under AMC .My current AMC number is 86146.As, my washing Machine's heater is not working, I had complained for the same on 14th April, 08 in the Customer Care and my complain number is 1700418 . Mr.Sonu-Ph.No:9810223531 had a visit on the co, plaint but, had assured to change the heater within a week. However, after several telephonic requests, neither he or any other representatives have attended to my problem.Till date, i.e, 7th May 08, we still await for the replacement of the heater, which is creating trouble in washing cloths properly.
My problem may kindly be attended in a urgent basis.

I am living in PUNE.I had launced a complant for my washing machine long back ago.Service person comes & told that need to change spare part.But after doing follow up for last 4 weeks no responce from service team as well as pune branch office.

I was thinking to purchase IFB washing M/C but as I read above complaint about services in Metro cities. However Iam living in Angul (orissa). Your suggestion is required.

please do not buy an IFB machine if you want to live in Peace the Gurgaon auuthorised service prodivded is the worst in the country no response doesnt come for calls. nothing. IFB aklso doesnt bother onc the product is sold.

I have AMC for my washing machine. No servuice personal visits on their own. My machine makes noise while running and the service personal are not able to solve the problem. There is a burning smell at the time of final rinsing. I have informed the service personal many a times but nobody has attended the calls. Kindly look into the matter.

my name is abdul i was bought my new ifb top loading machine last week when i opened the cover i came to know that it was damaged peace i not even used it. i called the marketing person but it was useless and another person name RAVI GANESH he not even responding me and my call useless fellow.

I got this machine on Dec 31' 2007, Serial No .94086 Place: Chennai
We are having lot of problems- getting lot of sounds and the machine is jumping like frog and raised almost eight complaints in one month. Complaints # 1851865, 1903407
Nothing is working for us. Every time they are giving wrong information to us.. Very poor customer service. I asked the manager for replacement, he told me that according to the manual, we provide only service in the warranty period not replacement...
Almost four times they have done the service nothing is work out for me.. Kindly let me know whom I need to contact for machine replacement.
This machine would be good, if it is working fine.. about the customer service, it is very very poor . I think third party is taking over the service bit, they are concentrating only on money not service.. Initially they are asking to us to buy the detergent and some other cleaning items.
Is this the way IFB works?

I purchased a washing machine model Elite.From the date of installation on 28th June, 08 the machine is leaking.I find it very difficult to get their technician from the chennai service centre.Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 16 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.
My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.
The chennai branch manager is not at all attending the phone calls.
There is no response to my complaint through e mail also.
Very very poor customer service.I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos/E mail ID to proceed further.
Based on the current problem I am facing,
my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though I was happy with my earlier IFB machine model Executive which has served 12 years.
