[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service person not attending

Ref. to my custmer complaint no 136131 dt. 17th Dec.2010. nobody has attended the complaint after several remminder. Given the phone no. of Rajat Jain but he does not pick up the phone. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redre IFB SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SERVICE QUALITY.

I lodged a complaint with IFB for my washing machine on 24th April, 2008. My complaint number is 1725799. Since I am working and there is nobody to attend to the service person during daytime, I took leave on Friday expecting that IFB will stick to its assurance of attendance within 48 hours. I waited in vain but the service person did not come. While I was at home all the time on Saturday, the Service person claims that he came but found no body was there which is not true. I again took leave on 28th April (which is Monday) and again waited but the service person did not turn up inspite of my releated calls to your call centre. He came on Tuesday at 2 PM when I was not at home. Since I have already attemptd to cooperate by taking leave on two days, I expect that the service person will come after 8 PM, with prior intimation to me. If my complaint is not attended in 2 days time from now, I will take the case to consumer court for unnecessarily harassing the customer with false claims. I lodged a complaint with IFB for my washing machine on 21st sept, 2008. My complaint ticket number is 2205693. the Service person had visited on 22/09/2008 and confirmed that the drum has to be replaced and said that this item is out of stock we have already made indent for the same very soon we will replace it. Again we have approched to local people on 29/09/2008 they said that within two days time it will be done, but we are still vaiting for them.If my complaint is not attended in 2 days time from now, I will take the case to consumer court for unnecessarily harassing the customer with false claims.

This type of services we donot expect from u .

IFB washing machines hopeless and waste of money. IFB wants to make money even after selling the products. they use low quality products, so that they can make money after selling also. un trained service people...
total hope less washing machine..
i wanted to buy other products from IFB .. now i will never buy any products from IFB in future... i will advice my friends and relatives not to buy IFB products

Two times they have give me complain tiket no last one is a 2023221 on 16.04.2009 but no body attend the visit till date & I have recd sms on my cell phone that your complain has been resolved please share your feedback to help improve our service. how the Service person claims that he came & resolve the problem which is not true. I expect that the service person will come &repair machine immidiately, with prior intimation to me. i'm havin a front load machine (7kg) there is a problem of rubber coming out... i'd called many times to register a complaint, but nobody attends d call...
I have IFB washing machine which is not functioning properly. I did complain for the same on 17th Aug 2009 telephonically. No service person has yet attended to look for the problem. My machine is in warranty period. I have to wash my clothes manually for last 2 weeks.
i had registered complaint about my machine not functionin last 4 months and the technician came and checked the machine he told me the problem was bearing, he will bring the bearing after two days and replace. now almost 3 months still he didnt come back with bearing every day he saying he will come tomorrow,
I have also same experiences with IFB service personnel. My washing machine was making a bit louder sound and the matter was reported to the complaint registering No. Two three days after a person came and told that its drum is corroded and requires replacement. There was no power supply at that time. The machine was not working since then and nobody turned up for its repair despite of repeated phone calls. I am also have product of Onida, LG etc. The complaint was attended by them within hours. Iam highly disappointed to have such an equipment without proper service support.

I am bala . iam using IFB washing machin (Front door ) .Last month my machin got some fault bottom leg was gone so i call service man to slove the problm but still now the problm was not clear by service man ."i dont no what they are doing ".if service man came they say i dont no some other person will attend the problm .machine cost is 15000 but service man saying around 10000 rupees to slove the problm .i change the door lock last month but i did not use the machine due to that fault (bottom leg ) now service man saying door lock was gone ."your lock will only for 1 month ah".I need complete solution by you .I hope u will do better job now.

I OWN 6 Kg DIGITAL WASHING MACHINE. I HEARD SOUNDS FROM THE MACHINE HENCE I LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 4-8-2010. THE SERVICE PERSON FROM IFB CAME ON 5-8-2010. HE SAID THE DRUM, TUB AND THE VALVE HAS TO BE REPLACED. THE MACHINE WAS BOUGHT ON[protected]. SO IT COMES UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. HE ASKED ME TO REMIND ON 9-8-2010. EVERY DAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO GET THE REPLY THAT SPARE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WE WILL DO IT AS SOON AS WE GET IT.
MY QUESTION IS
1.IS THE BRANDED WASHING MACHINE DO NOT HAVE THE SPARE PARTS?
2. I AM LIVING IN THE METRO POLITAN CITY.
3. HOW LONG WILL THE IFB TAKE TO REPLACE ITS PARTS?
4. HOW CAN THE DRUM , TUB CAN WEAR OUT SO SOON WITHIN A YEAR?

IFB service is u can not say it as service, it is bless on us by God if it could be solved in time by them
IFB require to be check about their Rajkot branch customer service centre attitude to their customer

I purchased IFB - ELENA DX washing machine 2 months back. It has 4 years warranty. Sinced 10 days it stopped working. I made a complaint and one person came and saw. He told me to bring a basic board which was short-circuited in the machine. He promised me to come within a week. But till this second he did not come. Even I made a complaint to the dealer in my area. But no response from his side. This is a pathetic situation going with IFB product' Please help me. Thank you

ifb front load — no power supply

I have annual maintenace contact from IFB for the past 7 years. AMC renewed on 7.5.10. after that your service person not seen washing machine single time also(past 11 months) and I have launched complient No.6141364 dt:31.3.11 after that repeatedly informed your customer care also. so far any service engineer not come and see the washing machine.

Pl take care and necessary action at your end.

Did not raise my complaint, saying system is not working

I called 2 times, but every time they say, their application is not working, please call after some time. Even they are not taking my complain, I don't know when they will come and solve my problem.
