[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — TDS NOT REFUNDED

Request for TDS refund.
Dear Sir,

I, Sunil Nayyar, Director of Cauvery Steels Pvt.Ltd.Writing this letter to intimate you that I am regularly filing ITR . For assessment year 2006-07& 2007-08 the ITR was filled on right dated.
according to that my tax liabitly was low agst tds certificate and TDS assessment year 2006-07of TDS RS 41, 348/- and assessment year 2007-08 TDS RS.30, 415/- was due to refund.

i have given sufficient bank detail for ECS refund but till date it has not credited to my account.

i request you kindly look into that matter and ensure my tds refund at the earliest.
An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

* IT Receipt ay.2007-07 No.33000771 WARD NO.3(1) dated 05 march.2008.
on Acknowledgement copy.

[protected] has not yet been credited in the account.It is not correct to say that the check no. CMPP4953117 dated 25-1-11 could not be credited as the account no. provided is incorrect.I request you to issue order to refund the TDS amount by check either by speed post to me at my address or directly to the SBI account no. [protected].Thanks
