My income tax deduction for the financial year 2012-13 was 61200 as per form 16 and details of its deposition is mention by BIN no. in form 16 . but the form 26 AS is showing 49200 only hence i have not got the refund of 12000 till now. while filing income tax also I have mention 61200 only. but since as per 26 AS it is 49200 hence I have not got the refund. I am a Centrl gOvt employee and the work of preparing form 16 and all has been outsourced . hence on complaining to my employer they have asked to contact the CA directly to whom outsourcing has been done but even after contacting him several times the remaining 12000 has not been reflected in my 26 AS . so please guide me as to what can be done further so that i can get the refund.

I made a complaint in this regard on-line on 7-5-2014 & sent a written complaint through Speed Post to CPC, Post Bag No.1,
Bengaluru-560100 dated[protected], in this written complaint I have sent all related documents i.e. photocopy of Bank Pass Book for correct Bank A/C No. and e-filling photo copy of 2012-13 and cancelled checque photo copy of the same Bank.

In view of Income tax refund for the financial year 2013-14, I had filed through a CA but i did not receive it yet.. After thoroughly scrutinizing I got to know from the Post Office Bawana, Delhi my cheque has been delivered in the month of February 2014 in the Maharishi valmiki Hospital, Pooth Khurd, Bawana Delhi-39 without any information to me and actually the cheque has not reached to me.

Reference my letter dated[protected] to CPC, Post Bag No.1, Bengaluru and my two email complaints dated 7-5-2014 and[protected] nothing has been done regarding my refund of 2012-13 and the remarks still showing on refund status is " By NECS, Ref.No.[protected] dated 28th April 2014---- Unable to credit refund as the account number provided by you is incorrect"

My refund cheque was sent by you and the status was showing[protected] NECS --- Reference No.[protected] ----- Unable to credit refund as the account number provided by you is incorrect----- dated[protected].

In this regard I sent all written/supporting documents to CPC, Post Bag No.1, Bengaluru on 12th February'2014 and my e-mail complaints dated 7/5/2014 and 15/6/2014.

The TRPS who filed my email IT return[protected] forget to write down last two digit of my Bank account number i.e. 65. the correct bank account number is[protected], (PNB, Delhi) and here I mentioned that I have already credited/received my IT refund of year 2013-14. Kindly check your record, PAN AAGPW3587J.

Kindly try to send a fresh cheque at your earliest, it is very late already.

I am C K Rajan and my PAN No. is AALPR3124K. I was working as Manager in Canara Bank and my Banker was deducting remitting IT regularly. I filed my IT Return for the Assessment Year 2014 - 15 and I have to get refund. But to my surprise I received communication stating that the refund amount is adjusted towards outstanding demand pertaining to Assessment Year 2008 and 2011. Last year also I received communication. Since the refund amount was very less I did not take up the matter at that time.
