even i want to know how to book an Indane gas online, we find the sites mentioned but they dont work out...plzzz help...

i have book gas cyledner on 15.06.2010 my booking no 5. but till date i have not received cylender . my dear Name Is vasantkunj Gas Agenciles Chatterpur Road New Delhi ph no 26803377/26803399. whenever gas deliver with in 48 hours from date of booking. Today I have given complint to Dealer my gas cylender supply in may month cylander is leakage of gs . there can be any insident any time . ihave informed to dealer personally on 9.55 am. my com no 62 on 19.06.2010. but there are no response is there on 21.06.2010. & I dont supply gas cylender till date . please this matter seriously howker are selling cylender in black marketing. last time this gas agency has been closed before 1.5 years. this happning twice.

please look this matter seriously.

please do the needfull earliest best.

Dear Sir,

i have booked a cyclender dated[protected] in Dusyant Gas service, Karnal but service of indane gas egency is very fast like tortoise because we are not getting the cylender till time after taking with dusant gas service engency on[protected], karnal, " they told to us you get the cylender after 10 days.

so getting one cylender we have to wait onnnnlllllly 45 dayzzzz and cylender has empty max. 30 days. we are facing many problem so please solved this matter as soon as possible or mail me the solution on urgent basis.

Our connection from Bajrangi Gas Service, Kanpur my connection no. 7811. I have booked our gas dt. 19.08.2010 but agency not deliver till dt. 01.09.2010 this agency working very poor and i have complaint Indian Oil Mobile No.[protected] but this peson not receied my call. Bajrangi Gass servie make shortages mainten every time. and delivery after booking refel 20 to 25 days. booking prosider after delivery 21 days.

SIR, I have Indane gas connection for the last 40 years, i shifted from one place to another place some times to different cities, and states during this period. earlier i never faced any major problem in getting a new coneection from any of your agencies.unfortunately the changing times and the attitudes of the concened persons are giving lot of problems.Now i shift over to pune from bombay, here the agency is not regular in giving new cylinder even after waiting for a month. they are asking me to send sms to the delivery man instead of booking direct to the agency. then they asked me to book on a callcentre and sms to the deliveryman. this time i waited for a month, after repeated enquiries the cylinder was delivered without any bill. Previous cylinder has no bill submission. kindly look in to the matter and pl clarify how to book or how long we have to wait for a cylinder? any specific time or days mentioned by the authorities. thanku. uma.
