Sub:- Problem in Supply of Domestic LPG
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Ramnath Thakur R/o B-39, Shyam Vihar Phase-1, Goela Road, New Delhi-110043, a bonafide consumer(Consumer No. 4324 ) of LPG Distributor M/s Shanti Indane, WZ-427, Sadh Nagar, Gali No.18K, Palam Colony, New Delhi-45, Ph.25052040, 25056668 have been facing difficulty in getting supply of Domestic LPG. So far I Have been managing somehow. However it has become really difficult now. Firstly it is painful to book the gas on phone as the line is mostly busy during the day. Secondly if the supply is made at home, it is always less weight. So I dared to collect it from godown. This time I booked on[protected].When I went to collect it from godown on[protected], I was told that the receipt has not reached. Further I went on[protected] to godown and still could not find the receipt or any satisfactory response. There is no doubt that black marketing is taking place.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and ensure my proper supply as well as take action against the guilty. Failing which I will be forced to take this matter further.

lindane — Delay in Gas connection
A new gas connection was requested in the 2nd week of Apr thru Indane gas, Bhubaneswar. It was told the connection would be provided in 4-6 weeks.For providing the connection, i was repeatedly called/persuaded. Now after 4 Months and repeated calls/ visits, i have been told to ait another 1 month.
Such is th pathetic nature of service for such a basic service in today's 21st century India.
I would demand the connection in the next 24-48 hours and an explanation by a responsible officer of INDANE GAS for the above horrible service.
