I agree but our gas agency is Kay Aar Enterprises they never resond to our calls nor pick the phone our gas is getting over we are unable to do booking due to this. It is im my fathers name Mr. Vinod Gupta. Cust No is 22732. In Delhi.

I am a Doctor, Hyderabad. I stay at Lakdikapul Hyd. I booked a new gas connection in the month of January 2007 in the name of Dr.Nadeem Ahmed Qureshi R/O 11-4-651/A-312 Express Apartment Lakdikapul Hyd.Unfortunately the booking number was misplaced by me,several times i visited the agency but instead of assisting me they are telling me to get the Booking receipt number that i cant provide it so kindly i request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to issue gas cylinder conection with my agency situated at AC GHARDS Lakdikapul. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to check their ststus of new booking connection/ book gas cylinder online.

I am from Sitpon village, Dist: Bharuch, Gujarat state. I applied for a new gas connection at INDANE, PALEJ. DIST: BHARUCH. GUJARAT in the month of Nov 2007 on the name of Yusuf Ali Dudhiya. Unfortunately the booking number was misplaced by me, many times i visited the agency of Indane at PALEJ & inquiry there many time by phone about connection, but everytime they are giving only consolation and still I am in waiting for it. I am physically handicapped and they give me trouble. Please do something in favour of me.
I think they provide conncetion not on regular base but by terms base provide connection.

I have booked my Indane Gas cylinder on 13-05-08 on BANAJARA GAS SERVICES in Yousufguda, Hyderabad. but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, The Gas Agency is released my gas in before 7 days but the delivery boy (Naresh-[protected]) not submit my gas before 15 days. it is not first time. I have faced so many problems from last 6 months. He telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning. Please Solve my problem.

I am from Hyderabad, a resident of KPHB Colony, Kukatpally. From the last 6 months i am trying for a new gas connection from our INDANE GAS dealer Kalapana Gas Agency, he is telling the same story.

When i go in the first week he asks me to come after 15th becz of no stock and when i go and meet him he asks me to meet him after 25th...when i go after 25th he says please come after 3rd and vice versa

the same story is repeated from almost 6months...i dont know whether they have or dont have the stock but its almost irritating. i am married almost 8 months and i am in regular contact with them from the last 6months.

till date i have not recieved any postive reply and i am really vexed and fedup with their responses..

when they dont provide service to the customers they dont have the right to hold a dealership certificate.

this is really digusting...can the higher officilas look in to the matter and give an end to this problem.

I have trying to book gas over the phone from today morning, either there is no response or on two numbers 27750715 & 27753549, I am getting recorded message stating that the number temporarily out of order.

I'm trying to book new connection from last 3 months at Hyderabad, Bowenpally LV Reddy gas agency, 1st month they said we book the cylinder from 5th to 15th every month, I went on 9th of that month but they refused that for this month quota is booked, next month I went on 6th only again they said it was booking closed on 5th itself, this month I went on 5th at 10 am in the morning, again they said booking closed by 9.30 am itself. Now I don't know what to do to book a new connection no one there is even ready to talk also, they treat the customers as if they are doing any favor on us. I'm in a problem every month need to buy that small cylinder at non subsidized rates, which is not affordable for me.

I have been trying to book Indane gas since 10 days. Daily spending lot of time calling the gas agency.

The status of the phone will be out of order or engage all the times. The agency is 15km from my house and it is difficult to go and apply directly.

It could have been more helpful if we get a online booking and tracking.

Indane Gas — not giving bottel in time and mentaly harresement

I am consumer of dealer of Indian oil company m/s rathava & co.address at subhanpura vadodara.my consumer no.10487. this dealer not book gas without 21 days of last delivery and after 21 days this dealer not giving bottle in proper time, He should delay in delivery of bottle up to 10 to 15 days after booking alternately he is wastage time of costumer and not giving bottle. In this all period customer going his shop every day for request please send my bottle.always they (rathava's staff ) told that yes your bottle come today but it is not coming. every moth this happen with all costumer. please do something in this matter.

Dear Sir,

Amar gas dealer for Indane gas is not supplying gas properly. There is diversion of gas, the receipts are not given to the consumers and on repeated follow ups gas is supplied after 10 to 15 days.
The dealer and the officers should cross check randomly the receipt of gas to the genuine customers in time. The delivery boys are forging the signatures and submmitng receipts and not giving receipts to the original customers.

Dear Sir,
Why the Indian oil corporation does not provide an online booking facility through their website.
This will reduce dealer dependance and fraudulent activities by dealers may be curbed. It is surprising that such a big CORPORATE IOC does not provide online facility which means, it is also colluding into malpracticies.

Unable to book cylinder

I stay at 636, Sector 14 Gurgaon. I have problems in making booking of gas cylinder with my gas agency, Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon Haryana over phone as their telephone numbers are always hang up. I am unable to book in person as my working hours are from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm on all days and by the time I reach home on week days is 7.30 pm.

I kindly request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to book cylinder with my agency over phone or request them to take orders by email providing me their email address. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to book gas cylinder online.
