Hi,

I have send a speed post from Thrissur(Kerala) to Kolkata on 15-March-2011. But it is not yet received. When I track the movement, after 21-march it is not showing any updates.
When I call to the the Kolkata RMS they told they send it to BHANGAR SO (LSG) (NF) post office. Then I made call to them but they told it is not received there. I have already send the mail to spc.kolkata@indiapost.gov.in. They replied the article will received in the local post office. I don't know where is the local post office. I had made lot of calls but I didn't get the satisfied answer. No one don't know where is the document. Can you please send a reply what I need to do to get the document.

Dear sir,
I had posted a Demand Draft for College fee by Speed Post on 28th march 2011 for Bhopal from Bihar. it has reched the destined location on 31st March according to the updated information of EMS Tracking online, Unfortunately it has not Delivered in my college till now . it's My Tracking number is EF 161104894 IN .
Really don't know waht to do next.
Please help me if possible.

I had send post through the speed post on dated 31 May 2011, bar code is EM355286819IN, till time that post not received to concern person, speed post people says they had delivered there but we not received that on below address, also your working people don’t have manners to talk with customer in very rude way they are talking with the people Kindly take a look on that, if they don’t have that much sense how to talk with customer then give them a proper training

I sent an article on Oct 14 2011 through International Speed Post ( EN022670682IN ) and it has not delivered even after 11 days. The stipulated time for transit and delivery is only 6 days. Its already 11 days and the status is shown as " Article Undelivered " . Delay and non delivery of article. Please deliver the article at the earliest.

I hv posted a letter to Mr. Ramesh Chandra Sharma A-21, Indrapuri New Agra Agra 282005 under sppeed post No. EM008802983IN on 3.11.2011 from Nerul New Mumbi post office which not deliverd as yet. I think it should not be speed post but ahouls named delayed post service . I am sorry to say this but this is my second experience during this month. If you are not a position to provide service for which You recover extra charges than there should be provision for refunding the amount for non providing service. Please let me know the status whether when it was despatched from Mumbai and received at your Agra office and who is responsible for such an inordinate delay.I definitely need an explnation and status of the article given to your Nerul Navi Mumbai Post Office on 3.11.11 fo Agra.

In reference to speed post receipt number ED661618646IN dated 25.06.2012, I have not received the packet yet for which constantly, I am in touch with your concern post office but they are least bothered and trying to drag the matter. Moreover no one is ready to accept the complaint in written and they are behaving in unethical manner. Already it is three months have been over. The said packet consist my membership ID issued by our esteemed institute which is an autonomous body under an act of parliament. I have an apprehension of misuse of the said ID. For this matter, I have conducted to my institute and have learned that the pocket has been delivered to their information but it is very clear that negligence in this matter is at the end of your department.

Hence you are further requested to look into the matter personally and make an arrangement to get back the same to me. Moreover for any misuse you would be responsible since apparently, virtually and entirely the negligence is from the end of your department.

Intimation provided in anticipation for quick response in order to protect my interest .

Kindly take the above into your cognizance for further reference and record.

In absence of any response from your end in reference to above, I would have no option except to conclude that you have admitted your negligence and are liable to beer any compensation.
