i have received a text message on 27/12/2008 informing me that i have won a free gift voucher A42033 of Rs 3301at www.bookstoday.in but when i checked there is no mention of the same the needful may be done at the earliest.my membership no is ITBC07287536 and my name is Mrs RK BAJWA, A-16, Sainik School Kunjpura, Karnal (132023)

India Today Book Club — cannot claim free gifts!

these people send me details abt two gifts! but i could claim none as all the information i have is said to be wrong by the system!!! they keep taking payments regularly bt they never give the gifts...itz disgusting!!

I have ordered 20 CDs SACRED MOMENTS which we have not received till date and the amount has been debited from my credit card. In this regard I have already written many times but in vain.

I am in touch with ITBC from a considerable period for knowing about the free gifts, on my selection in sweepstake. Many times I contacted them on phone but no one could reply covincingly. On 06/01/09 I was advised to log in www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm but could not get any information purposeful.Every time they asked full details, inspite of my submission the required informations to them many times. Are they lingering on the matter ?
Thru this site I came to know that there are so many like me who are following up threir matters with them without any outcome.
My sympathies are with them who have paid the money and could not get, so called, free gifts.

India Today Book Club — Free gifts not recvd.

I took the India today book club Offer. I paid 574rs for 3 books which included free gifts such as Addidas Bag, Reebok Keychain and Wallet, Holiday Voucher for couples and free flight ticket for 6000rs but unfortunately i got nothing out of these gifts. I had got a form which i had fill and send to a company in bangalore to recv the flight tickets and i did that but no response yet. I also called the customer care but no one seems to have an answer for my question. I would really appreciate i[censored]'ll can do something abt this problem. Contact Number : [protected]

I purchased some books from India Today book club in the month of may-june 2008.The invoice No. is ORB[protected], THE ORDER NO IS OGB[protected].I was to get a good tiffin box and a holiday but I am yet to get any reply of my e-mails.

India today is cheater. I was told to get reebock shoes once we purchase the cds along with holiday package. Neither shoes not holiday package. They sold their cds. No response from their email id as well.

India Today Book Club — Watch not delievered

Hello!
I got an online ticket from IRCTC and applied for the offer of indiatodaybookclub.They said I have won 3301 rs.When i checked I found that they are offering a watch(swatch brand) worth rs 6300 for 3000 and also giving a free gift watch (o[censored]nited colors of benetton )to me only.So I ordered for that.
But I received only one watch.I mailed to them but I have not received even any reply from their side
Can anybopdy help me.

India Today Book Club — Have not received the Reebok shoes

India today club first promised me on phone that ti have won a Reebok shoes, air ticket and 3 day hotel stay anywhere in india for free and in return i have to purchased a CD box worth rs. 2300. But later after i paid the amout mentioned they changed the gift offer and gave me gift vouchers of diamond jewellery and 3 day hotel stay and for that also i require to pay again 800 rs DD. Reebok shoes which they promised to send is still no where. These guys are just looting us, please if this forum has some authenticity ...please note my complaint.

ITBC — offers

i have receved a phone call that i have won 3 britanica books, a holiday tour for 3days/two nights and addidas bag for worth rs 500/-.but as my post man said he receved only 3britanica books.wat about the remaining two??

i have received a set of 7 DVD of Agatha christie.But there is no news about the free gifts.Please clarify.
