i have paid online payment which's amount has 655.15 for bookind ipl 2010 tickets for my ICICI internet banking to website indiaideas.com but i have not receive any information .. but this amount is dr on my account...sir plz send the information on this transaction regarding

par wo success nahi hua par mere net banking a/c amount cut ho gaya ab bank bolta hai ki amount success hua har par nahi hua hai phir meine 27/02/2009 online payment kiya wo success nahi hua
phir meine apne credit card se payment kiya jo success ho gay ab do bar mera paisa a/c cut ho gaya hai par icici bank man ke liye taiyar nahi hai kripya is mushkil hal nikale danyvad

I have made a online bill payment to citibank credit card through citibank website redirected to my ICICI, the transaction showed failure but still my account is debited Rs. 10000/- its been more than 3 days now, I am unable to track my money, citibank use Indiaideas.com for there payment gateway, this is horrible as I don't know where my money has gone, plz help.

Hi even I was confused whem I got 2consecutive messages similar to Urs. However the amount seemed known and when I checked my recordes of Payment I found the Vodafone had used bill desk as there affliate partners of billdesk. Same goes for Citi, airtel & so on. PS:BillDesk, a property of IndiaIdeas.com Ltd. was conceived in early 2000 to solve the frustrations of most o[censored]s when it comes to paying bills.

I am use to pay my credit card payment through pay net service provided by sbi card for a long time.
but when i made a payment online yesterday i.e. 22/06/09 i got online conformation message as in the following:


We could not ascertain the status of your card transaction from the payment gateway. However, we have recorded your request and shall verify the details and try again.

I have two online payment whiches amount has 1) 941.00 of Dated-22/06/2009 -11:58 AM And 2) 680.00 Of Dated-22/06/2009 12:09 PM through bsnl gujarat website link the online land line payment throgh indiaideas.com In two Payments One payment of Amount 680.00 paid succesfully paid And another payment of amount 941.00 was not pay successfully.In this transation the amount debited in our Credit card Account But not Credited in BSNL.This Transaction Unique ID is : GJRJ[protected] Bill No.T[protected].I have also receive recept of this transction But the receipt receive Blank.

I am also having the same problem, I purchased a virgin mobile through online purchase in virgin mobile.It was redirected to citibank gateway finally the message shows the amount was debited to IndiaIdeas.com however I have no reply from virgin mobile about my online purchase. they said once they will get the details from indiaideas they will refund my money. But until now there was no reply I dont know where my money goes?????
so my advise dont do online purchase through citibank gateway and Indiaideas.com.

I am also having the same problem, 1) 615.00 of Dated-26/07/2009 and 2) 632.00 of Dated-27/08/2009
through bsnl website link online payment through indiaideas.com In two Payments One payment of Amount 615.00 paid succesfully. And another payment of amount 632.00 was not pay successfully.In this transaction of the amount debited in my Account But not Credited to BSNL.This Transaction Unique ID is : Apctr[protected] Bill No.T[protected].I can'ot received the recept of this transaction.

indiaideas — un successfull bill payment

i made a payment for my electricity bill of ndpl fro amount 790.00 on 8th sep.09 by icicinetbanking on indiaidea payment gateway on ndpl website.
in first instance trancsaction shown failur and second time it shown successfull.
whereas payment has been charged twice from my saving account.
no result after contacting ndpl and icicibank.

can this be sorted out

IM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM.I PAID MY BSNL BILLS OF 1160/-, 1810/-, 1810/-.BILL NO.=383981, 384115, 384115.TRNSACTION ID=[protected],[protected],[protected] ON[protected].IN THIS TRANSACTIONS OF THE AMOUNT DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT BUT NOT CREDITED TO BSNL. AND I CAN"T HAVE RECEIPT OF THIS TRANSACTIONS.

I suggest that you contact the near by BillDesk office and tell them in details. I am sure they will help you. You can the get the BillDesk details from the google serach.

Credit Card — false claim at the Citi bank gateway

The www.ttdsevaonline.com web enables the CITI BANK gateway for making payment towards online accommodation booking, however after filling the required format the web has directed the Citibank gateway for payment. the Citibank has deducted the amount from my credit card account and has not given the payment made details and also not authorized the booking of accommodation this is of absolute fake claim. In this regard the consumer forum shall take necessary action

This is Hari Kiran.K and just before I made a online transaction through ICICI net banking for[protected], 6:00 PM show in Talkie town, Hyderabad, I have provided my details email and mobile number given below and after the successful transaction, While it was redirecting to bookmyshow.com it showed up, Technical Error: -27001 and transaction failed. I verified the account details and it shows the amount 237.09 was debited from my account in the account summary. Immediately I called bookmyshow.com customer care. The agent told me to mail you the issue with reference id and transaction details. So that I am expecting either a confirmation about my tickets to the show or refund the money into the original ICICI account,[protected], account holder's name Leela Krishna Kandrakota. Expecting a prompt reply and a quick action. Also please check with the following transaction details collected online from ICICI bank.

After logging in to Tata site and choosing renewal pack, I was directed to My Bank site(ICICI bank)Before confirming payment, I found "Pay to Indiaideas.com" hence I cancelled the transaction and called Tata broad band call center. Tata agent says we are not connected with India ideas. There was a bill desk logo on the page. so I called bill desk customerservice. he says India ideas is the service provider. All this is confusing and funny. I think there is improper regulations and citizens are put into unnecessary trouble.Beware of these elements.

This company is claming aprox Rs11500/- from my Citibank credit card. the latest being 16th-22th December 2008. Also, even Citibank is not able to tell from which "Vodo Number" is this person claiming the amount.

This is reflected as ECS bounce in my account and this has happened 1st times.

please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?

"INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED" is no fake, but they are the service provider for BILLDESK portal (Integrated Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Service in India.) under no circumstances they can charge you until you have signed-off on their website with your account details for your any sort of online payments.
But I do agree that they are taking undue advantage of your visit on their portal, now to get rid of it, please send a mail to your respective customer care services (for Citibank account holder "[protected]@citicorp.com") and instruct them to stop entertaining any ECS debit request from this particular, and mention clearly that you don't want to authorize them for any sort of ECS debit.
Hope this would help.

IndiaIdeas.com is the bill presentment and payment service provider. Have a look at the internet/online payment option you have signed with Citibank, ICICI, SBI life insurance or any companies you have asked them to pay by internet.
you have to see the bill emailed/posted to you, and reconcile with the amount deducted by indiaideas.com.
If indiaideas.com provide billing company reference along with their name it would be easier for you folks to understand. It seems they didn't do it.

IndiaIdeas.com needs improvement and publicity.

INDIAIDEAS.com is not fake, they are the payment gateway for many of the online portals where we pay bills.
When I got a SMS saying that you made a transaction of Rs1000/- from your ICICI credit card at INDIAIDEAS.COM, I immediately thought that somebody misused my card but when I googled for this site I realised that this is a payment gateway and I had paid my tata-sky subscription of Rs1000/- in tatasky website which was routed through indiaideas.com.

I think tata-sky or indiaideas.com should mention in the tranasaction that it is for the payment of the tata-sky bill. That way they can avoid all theese confusions.

Yes, an amount of Rs. 7540.oo was charged to my HSBC Credit Card A/c. On investigation, they were unable to provide details. Further investigations from my side itself revealed that this was a premium paid for a lif insurance policy to Reliance Life Insurance.
The site is certainly NOT fake, but does NOT operate transparently. Idealy, the card details should provide the name of client of this co. (Reliance Life Insurance as in my case).

3. And finally Rs.645/-

These are the clear signals of credit card testing with the initial amount followed by larger denominations.

HDFC Credit Card — false claiming

I have made a payment of my credit card bill for rs. 3000/- through icici net banking on 27/07/09. But an error message has been received stating that claiming has not been done. But unfortunately when i see the transaction of my sb account in icici bank on 28/7/09, an amount of rs. 3000/ was debited. This amount may please be remitted to my icicibank sb account immediately. I suffered a huge loss for rs 35, 000 till now today at 4 am on august 8th 2009 early morning. I donot know how and who authorised payment of rs 3500 and rs.1275 10 to 12 times on august 7 th and august 8th. It is too early to complain to icici bank in chennai. Citibank — Regarding ECS Which Happened on Account but Money not getting Reflected

I have policy of icici prulife whose ecs happens on 31st every month. During 31st may ecs, my citibank account did not have sufficient balance. But still ecs happened and account went to negative balance as according to citibank statement. After some days i got letter from ecs stating that my ecs has bounced due to insufficient balance. I enquired at both sides many times and even to their offices 2-3 times. Both have given me letter mentioning no wrong from their respective sides. Since then 3 months is going to complete and am still wondering where that money has gone.

I have never heard of this portal/company indiaideas.com.
This company is claiming rs1413.00 from my icici credit account on sept 09th.

Please let me know by any way i can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.

I checked with customer care and they said it is from airtel.

I have been getting debit of rs.22398 in my card for last three months (Which i have not checked) for a total payment o rs.14388/ — i have not made any transection of this amount on line.

Indiaideas.com works as a financial aid for airtel digital tv to collect subscription fee from customers. I think that amount has been deducted as monthly subscription fee towards airtel digital tv. Any way do own airtel digital tv?

Indiaideas is a company which is a service provider to some consumer companies could be telecom/mutual fund/banks to charge you for the service. For ex: if you have taken any mutual funds and you are authorizing the your mutual fund company (May be hsbc, hdfc) to authorize ecs from your account for your premium payments. So, not to worry.

Even i got panic when i saw the letter. I hope this brings cheers to thers.

AIRTEL/VISA BILL PAY — Missing funds

I am having the same kind of problem, i paid my postpaid(airtel) bill on[protected] for month of sep,
but still im getting alerts from airtel reminding me of overdue bill. I paid my bill through VISA BILL PAY in the credit statement its showing as paid. Im clueless whom to complain as airtel customer care people are saying it is not showing in the system, planning to disconnect this connection im asked to pay Rs 2000. please help

IndiaIdeas.com looks completely fake name.

Today i used Airtel Id to pay my Broadband bill and my money didn't reach airtel.instead it went to Indiaideas.com

i am not sure whether this company is real or not.

so i am waiting for the 24 hour buffer period, if the money doesn't go to Airtel, then should be taking some actions against this company...

I have been charged Rs 2690 as payment to IndiaIdeas.com...but later on I found that it was a standing instruction payment to 'Tata Power' that I had authorised. So it seems that Citibank had made the payment to the right merchant, but has reflected it wrongly on the statement...thus confusig hapless cardholders...

The Citibank phone officer with whom I'd spoken has assured that they will check and rectify with the correct merchant name. So no harm done!

Guys, the same happened to me. But on verification I found out that IndiaIdeas.com is a service provider. Normally we issue a mandate of Insurance premium payment from our bank a/c through ECS to Insurance co's. This Insurance company ties up with a third party like (IndiaIdeas.com) to do these transactions on timely basis. These third party co's are registered.

No need to panic, just check out whether you have given any ECS mandate to any company for regularly clearing your payments to avoid delays. Just verify the amount which was debited from your account and match with your ECS mandate given to your insurance co's (or any other co.). If they match then everything is under control.

IndiaIdeas.com is a Legitimitate 3rd party arbitrator between Visa and Telecom operators.

I also agree, my citibank account is getting monthly deducted with Rs 600 and above. I have filed a complaint with citibank. If you have ever rechared your mobile using citibank utility bill recharge then this will occur. Citibank has tie-up with ideaideas for recharge of your phone. Citibank provides your account details to indiaideas and they misuse it...

indiaideas.com is a payment gateway. I also got this in my credit card bill. It was written as INDIAIDEAS.COM-MSEB, thats mean MSEB has charged the amount through indiaideas.com. MSEB is Maharastra State Electricity Board. So, please check the text after indiaideas.com in your statement. I think they are not fraud.

Mumbai-based Indiaideas.com / moneyfundas.com is now called billdesk. If you have paid a bill online, this company may be legitimately deducting it from your a/c.

This charge is from JustDial services, There Sales executive who we signed up with also have been fraudulent of not mentioning anything about ECS and we also have similar charge in our citibank account

The sales representatives from JustDial at the time of closing the sales have given falsifying information to us before registering us. They NEVER MENTIONED A SINGLE WORD REGARDING ECS remittance being automatically issued, or 1 year contract period at the time of registration for the services with Just Dial.

ONLY THING We were informed was that JustDial will take 3 months advanced payment for first 3 months in advance and then we have to pay installments every month (after 3 months) if we like the service in first 3 months.

This was clearly told to the executive that we are going to check JustDial’s services for first 3 months (for which the executive of JustDial mentioned that we have to pay advance payment of Rs 4500 which we paid) and if JustDial’s service is good then we will continue with JustDial on monthly basis and if not then will discontinue.

What’s coming as surprise to us is that how a good company like JUSTDIAL has kept calling and sales executives who not only miss-guided companies like us but also provide false information to benefit their monthly sales target and finally the services we had received for first month is the worst i have even seen - 2 bad quality leads in entire month

I strongly recommend not using JustDial but other better services due to there bad sales practice

I have booked two e- railway tickets on 06/03/2010 from Bandra to Surat in Ac (CC) on internet. I have completed mandatry field and the amount debited from my Debit Card, but no ticket is issued.
