[Resolved]  IndiaMart — fraud in commitment by website promotion company

Indiamart is making frauds by saying they will giving big deal, he charg me 57k and still date not provide me any login details features and services...after 7-8-2015 still date, i was send around daily one mail, dail one call but no one help me

Pls do not trust, (victim INDIAMART)

Kind Attn Dear People of india, Indiamart is cheating and fraud innocent people ... They have kept marketing people who convince people to pay monthly 2000/- for advertising ..and incase customer is not satisfied with the response .. they are forced to pay 6000/- even after informing indiamart to stop charging 2000 from bank automatically ...Indiamart uses NACH payment facility of government RBI. Via NACH the money gets deducted from customer bank account every month automatically ... If customer is not satisfied then he informs Indiamart to stop the monthly deductions.HERE COMES THE INDIAMART FRAUD .. Indiamart informs customer that it will take 3 months for the NACH cancellation procedure ... But in reality it takes only 5 days .. here is the proof on nach website --> http://www.npci.org.in/documents/circular_no_58.pdfSo Indiamart frauds the unsatisfied customer for Rs. 6000/- ... If customer has to cancel himself he has to leave his daily work and run behind different departments in his bank to get it stopped ... When Indiamart is confronted with this fact that it should take only 5 days to cancel instead of 90 days .. they say they dont want customer to leave ..hence they have kept 90 days gap .. I ask Indiamart .. If you are so much concerned about customer leaving then give service free of charge for 3 months and then take payment only if customer is happy ... Final conclusion is INDIAMART IS A FRAUD CHORRRRR ... stay away from it ...From a Jagrut Indian .. Issued in Public Interest ...

They are cheating people and are training there staff to cheat with the customers too one of the employee told me that sir humareee ko bola jata h ki clients ko bewakoof banaoo agar nai banaoge toh naukri kho baithoge isliye humari majburi h ye they just beg for 2000₹

Very Very Pissed off with your service, What a pathetic Executive have visited our office today Mr Prateek Jain (+91-[protected]), He walk in to my office with his colleague without my permission and with any prior appointment, He was talking very rudely with me, He has no manners at all, The way he was sitting in my office was disgusting and was pitching in very inappropriate manner, He shouted at me, He swear at me and walk out of my office, I want to make a higher level complaint of this executive and want strict action to be taken against both of them, Or else i will go to consumer forum and will complaint against Indiamart

I want quick resolutions and strict actions taken against both the Indiamart employees

IndiaMart.com is Fully Fraud company, Beware and Save Money

Not satisfied. One of your employee is coming to our firm for around 20 days and giving us various offers/services that are going on. The employee has also taken a huge amount from us and informed us that your services will start after few days. After a long gap we had contacted that employee but had no response. when we called the main center of indiamart, "we were told by the senior officer that the offer/services was close long back around 4 months back. when we argued the response we got is our junior employees are unaware"
My question is * why your employees are not updated with the offer/services? * who will be responsible for my 25 days loss of work? * will the company return my money back with interest? * why i am being informed only when i call to indiamart? when the company requires money, the employee visit the office multiple times and once you receive the money from us the company does not give us any information why? * when the employee is visiting our office for 20 days is it not his duty to check the services that are going on? * who is responsible for this mental harassment?.
I know this complaint is not going to be action ed because the senior officer is trying to save the junior but my one rating will at least save other people from investing or purchasing from indiamart.

Indiamart is doing fraudulent activity with his client. we have also bed experience with us. he given totally wrong information with most of client, we inform that he taken charge through cheque but it debit ESC without inform. and also not proper set up our website but taken a charges.

I want to buy leads from Indiamart.
But after these complain I am got confused.
I have some question please help.

1. If there is so many complain then how indiamart surviving.

2. Should I purchase leads after all this.

Such a Fraudulent information is shared on the website of IndiaMART.com. This Sahani Placement Service contacted through IndiaMART.com took Rs.40, 000/- from us and the very next day the maid ran away and till date their numbers are out of reach. BIG TIME CHEATS get such a comfortable entry at IndiaMART.COM.

Indiamart has false buy leads, I'm very particular about service. However their sales team is higher in number as compared to customer service representatives. I had told them that I would first buy leads to see the response. The customer care further explained that it's not confirmed that the buy lead could be genuine, I told him if it isn't genuine and if its not confirmed, why am I asked to pay for it, paying INR.550 for each lead, all 5 were false

This is something which i want to tell about indiamart a reknown marketplace of India i was working with this organisation by last 1 year on 3rd party payroll but i was appointed in the indiamart premises only but my pay roll was on another 3rd party vendor. Now due to the currency change, indiamart got a revenue crunch.Past 3 days back the founder of the company Mr. Dinesh Agrawal came in the office premises which is in Advant bussiness park, Noida and floted a very beautifull lines that due to the currency change we are going through some financial cresis as the revenue of the company go lt decreased on a rapid scale. So we are freezing the hiring in the company but he insured us that there will be no firing also and we will manage the whole work between us only without hiring extra manpower.
But today my manager asked me to come to his cabbin at 3PM and he say's that i have to left the job as company is doing cost cutting...and i was like "really"...
I asked him the reason that why me then he says it is not on your performace basis. It is because the management decided that we ask people to left the job and to serve a resign today only.

Then i was in a big mental trauma that what has been happened in the couple of minutes as my whole life has been changed.

I thought might be i am the only one who is targeted but when i went out then i heard this thing is been doing on a high scale...

And about 50..60 people on 3rd party pay roll asked to leave without any reason. And the people on indiamart payroll are still working in there respective department and not even an single employee has been asked to leave.

Is this is the way to treat the employee.

I am the only person who is looking my whole family...now at this moment what will i do..

Is this is a employee satisfaction...is this is a way to treat people...

I am in a big mental trauma and not getting any way that how to handle the situation...but really want to help me out..because i am not the only one there are many more like me who have been targeted like this...

Please need support and help...

Its a fully fraud company.the hr called me for an interview for direct payroll. After got the job i came to khow that they transfer me for third party.BS company.The branch manager Malvika Bhattacharjee is also a big froud.

I'm able to complete 3 meetings but I'm not able to complete 4 meetings per day
