We have one indane connection, which is in my father's name. I wanted to transfer it from Orissa to Bangalore.
When i contacted Bnagalore Indane Gas agency, Executive said your father present require for this transfer.
where as my father health condition bad and unable to walk properlly, how it is possible for him to come ?

Request to pls address this issue on priority basis.

1. I am serving in Indian Army Since 1995.I have a single cylinder connection of indane Gas in Bangalore, now i am transferred the connection to kerala (Deepam gas agency, Sreekandapuram), then submitted the vouchers copy and send it to bangalore on 21 Apr 2009 for verification. After one month call back to Deepam gas agency, says that the vouchers are not reaching here. After one week confirmed the vouchers are in agency. So the agency was continue delayed to issuing the transferred connection for me, when i try to contact with the office, the agency continues to given the time period to till date (date wise).

    I have been a customer of indane gas since the year 2001. Being a PSU employee i have been tranferred all over india and now i am in chennai. M/s Prasanna Gas agencies, Korattur, Chennai have denied giving connection on transfer voucher stating that ration card is mandatory for gas connection.

    I am in projects dept. in Oil Industry and am transferred frequently and is impossible to obtain ration card fulfilling formalities of every state governments.

    I understand from the authorities that in these cases as mine there is grace period of 3 months for obtaining a Ration card/ NOC from civil supplies dept.

    These gas agencies hidding the facts are harassing consumers while offering cylinders at a higher rates.

    After several pressures and after giving undertaking to submit NOC they have given me connection with two cylinders(C.No:29303) but now they are denying for refilling. People receiving the booking show their least concern about customers and most of the time calls are disconnected with out any information.

    I wish somebody initiate to educate and advice the M/s Prassanna gas agencies not to harass consumers for no reason.

Sylendur vicreta (Sheopur Gaish agency) ke dwara sylender ke vajan ko tol ke nahi suply kia jata hai. or na hi time pr home dilevry dee jati hai. 15-20 dino ke bad hi sylendur logo ko praday kia jata hai . or sylender ko black bhee kia jata hai. new conection ke lene ke lia grahako stove agency se hi adhik prise me lene ke lia bahdhya kia jata hai, jishka prise market se jayada hota hai aap in shabhee baton ki apne niji star se janch - parakh kr sakte hai.

        Theft of Cylinder by Indian Delivery boy

        I am the user of Indane LPF gas cylinder(Consumer no.12372) through Subh Laxmi Agencies-Shakarpur. I have booked Gas on 20.08.2008 and Delivery boy bring the cylinder on 21.08.2008 around 4.30 pm. He has hanover the cylinder and taken the empty cyclinder while checking the cyclinder we have observed that cyclinder was in lekage condition and we have asked them to replace the same. He has taken the cylinder for replacement but he has taken...

        I registered a gas cylinder on 25th July 2008 at V.S Gas Agency, Mohindergarh, which is not delivered till now. (21st August, 2008)
        On telephone they say gas has been sent from there store and this is delivery man's mistake. Delivery man says that they (V.S Gas Agency ) did not give any gas registered to me.

        says an employee at Vs Gas gas service (really shaming)
        neither you can complain nor yau can get gas cylinders easily and by ready to get misbebaved by the employees on questioning this is all what we want to say about the servicing of Vs gas Agency Mahinder Garh
        they can be sell the gas in black at higher rates but there i no gas for normal suplly. i[censored] ask abut this unfair then there is no answar. and if there is further reasoning by consumers then there is misbehaving by the workers at the gas service. they don't want to listen any thing.all is to be faced by consumer we face...we question...and we get insulted by the workers we also get less gas in cylinders. no body at the center provide. complaint latter & complaint no.. for misbehaving.

        there is no difference between a carless govt. employees and the employees atVs gas agency

          The Venkat Sai Agency - Indane Gas distributors are teh worst in terms of teh service offered by them.
          They neither pick up teh phone, nor do deliver the cylinder on time.
          Never befor e15 days.

          Please refer to the subject cited above and I would like to inform as below:

          As I am holding single cylinder connection I have applied for additional
          cylinder as i am having gas cosumption more domestically.But it happend
          that 2 years over after the application for additional cylinder :

          But please understand the difficulty in terms of maintainig with single cylinder
          and in this matter I approched many a time with my above referred distributor
          no solution they are giving.

          Please tell me the way out .
          The yashoda gas Agency padmaraonagar - Indane Gas distributors are very worst in terms of service offered by them.
          They neither pick up telephone phone nor do deliver the cylinder on time.
          Never before 20 days..
          Auto driver name: "Narsimha"
          Area: North lallaguda.
          Auto driver is worst and very rude person he dont know how to deal with the customers and more over he is using all vulgar language.
          Their is no proper response from his when ever we ask about the status he is not willing to reply and he is use to reply us what ever you do i don't care this is the reply from this person which is not acceptable towards the customer end we are not getting it freely and we have lost our patience by regular follow ups.
          So, please kindly take immediate action on him and please replace him with another proper person who ever suits for it.
          We dont bother about gas but this type of person testing our patience with his rude behaviour.

            we have booked refil on 13-08-08 @ Rajesh Gas Ajency, Madhavaram, chennai. phone[protected] and our LPG Reg. no is RG - 9526.

            But they say its not booked because on that day compter is not working. it already 12 days . there is no LPG in our home. Please help us.

            I am Krishna Singh . I booked refill on 3-10-09 @ Rajesh Gas Ajency, Madhavaram, chennai. phone[protected] and our LPG Reg. no is RG - 28084. and today the date is[protected].there is a huge delay in delivery which is ridiculous . every day i call them they say tomorrow we will deliver it.this is just not acceptable that to book the refill wait for 21 days and it will take another 20 days for them to deliver it.now we cannot wait 40 days for just 1 refill.

            The explanation which they give is they have the LPG but they dont have any person in this area to deliver it .1 day this explanation is acceptable. everyday highly impossible. please do something.please take necessary action against it.

            I am S. Narayanan residing at 2/62, Rajaji Nagar, 6th Main Road, Madhavaram, Chennai-60 and my LPG registration No. is 22644. I booked refill at Rajesh Gas Agency, Madhavaram through phone No.[protected] on 15.10.2011 and my wait list No. is 274407. From 08.11.2011 to 11.11.2011 every day my wife or my son approached the staff of Rajesh Gas Agency, their reply the refill will be delivered today itself. Today (12.11.2011), I approached the staff of Rajesh Gas Agency, the same reply has been received by me. Then, I contacted the Manager of Rajesh Gas Agency, he informed that due to Truck Strike the supply of refill is delayed, however the supply will be effected today itself. But till 18.30 hrs of 12.11.2011 the LPG refill is not delivered. The non-supply of LPG refill nearly 28 days from the date of booking is torchering a consumer to lead his day today life smoothly. Kindly look into this matter and necessary steps may please be taken if priority is overlooked. My email ID is [protected]@ymail.com.

              I am the customer of ( ELA GAS AGENCY V.DS.MARKET
              SEC- 93 NOIDA ) . Sir my consumer no is 9761 . thre four days ago i recived the lpg filled cylinder 14/08/08 as weight (16.3 /14.2 ) when i did weight of that cylinder the weight of cylinder only 26 Kg. then i complained in agency they assured me replaced other cylinder against that cylinder but no action taken by agency against or no replaced cylinder by agency stiil 20/08/08. so you are reqested to look the matter and do needfull.

                I have booked for LPG cylinder on 30/06/2008 with booking No. 4538. Till date (ie. 20/08/2008), cylinder has not been supplied even after several times remindings. Vehicles/persons coming with cylinders in front of my house several times simply skipping/hiding. It is strongly suspected that they are selling my cylinders in 'black'. An early enquiry and action against the said agency is requested for.

                  my distributor happy home of lake town does not receive telephone for the booking of lpg cylinder, as both my husband and myself is the service holder, it is not possible to book the lpg cylinder by appearing ourselves in the shop on any working days, as such we are facing much problem to book the demand of lpg cylinder when it is finished. you are requested to arrenge an faciality to book such cylinder through on line internet system as hp gas allowes to minimise the harrasment of booking.

                  Sonarpur Gas Service, Sonarpur, Kolkata-150, gradually becoming a corupted agent. Before his agency I have this connection at Baruipur. Earlier Sonarpur Gas Service had no complain.                   We have recently shifted to hyderabad and we are unable to get new LPG Gas connection. Earlier we wre staying in our family house. So in hyderabad we are without gas connection. Have contacted many distributors from different co.s but they all refuse to give on priority. Presently, thanks to our neighbourers, thehave give us cyclinder.                     Pls. see my below note to Indian Oil, regarding the unavailability of new connections. I am also sending a similar note to HP and BPCL, as their distributors have also refused to accept a new LPG connection request, saying no new connections are being issued.

                    Could I request you to look into this and let me know if it is indeed true that no new connections are being issued.

                    I have just visited Nath Traders, your authorised distributor in South Delhi for a new connection. I was told that NO NEW connection is being issued and they have no idea when they will be allowed to issue new connections.

                    May I request you to pls. clarify whether this ban on new connections is official, unofficial or at the discretion of your distributors. Also, let me know when you expect new connections to be made available.

                      SIR,
                      I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Surya Gas Agency, B.A.Bazar, Topkhana, Meerut Cantt Phone No:[protected] on 29/07/2008. My consumer number is S/21792. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used very bad language against me.I have never got home delivery of gas since I got the connection.Everytime I have to go to godown myself and have to go several times for the gas cylinder delivery.The staff is involved in black marketing of cylinders.Only people who pay more money get the gas and others go back.AIso the gas is booked after21 days of previous delivery and then after 21 days from the godown (That is also not certain).I request you to please look into the issue.

                          We are using the indane lpg gas from 03sept2004 in vellore. by the the distributers of loganathan indane distributers.their area off code985, distributers code05985101, destination code15800.we are 7 no s working in a sony service centre. we are stayed bachuler only, and each person from separate distric place so we are using the gas for self cooking. and we were paid additional amount for getting the connection for without ration card when the time of getting connection.and they are supplied the gas without demand and now we are call to bookig the gas -they spoke to me only the ration card holders only elgible for booking the gas, and other is not elgible for supply the gas. so kindly concider our problem for without any demand to supply the LPG GAS... thanking you.

                            i am consumer of triveni gas agency allahabad . my name is vijay srivastava and consumer number is 23361. i book on[protected] for home dilivery but gas is not diliver untill today[protected] .
                            i am calling everyday for two to five times at the number [protected], first they they not receive the phone easly and if the phone is recieved they just ask the consumer number, name and address and say it will diliver today but gas is not diliver untill today[protected].
                            We have applyd for new connection, they have sent the conformation letter to me. without receipt they are demanding Rs 5, 400/- we have checked othe dealer they told 4.400 only. why the difference between this 2 dealers.

                            Indane gas,raghavendra gas agencies — Not picking up phone calls for booking

                            They given 3 phone numbers.I tried to all 3 numbers to book the gas.For the first 3 times i got recorded voice as "the numer is busy" fourth time call ringing but no one attending.This is the casefor all the 3 numbers.I accept they may busy in their workbut they also look after calls and book the gas.Thet must show equal interest.If they cant book gas through phone means they have to say come in person atleast.Or else cut all the phone connections and say hereafter no more booking via phone calls.Simply made customers to vcall for long time but not attending phone means its not good at all.If call is not ringing then no problem but even after ringing they not attending this is the case for all 3 numbers they mentioned.I hope anyone will take action to made them to pick upcalls and book the gas cylinders.
                            The Indane gas agency ( Vishnu Devi) in Housr - Tamil nadu is not at all doing proper delivery and supplay . Are you able to advice the agency to do it properly

                            i am a loyal customer of Indane Gas since from last seven years i am purchasing Indane Gas cylinder. But Since last Week the dealer of Bhavnagar Shastrinagar branch is creating a problem in booking cylinder. We are not able to get cylinder and forcefuly we have to use neighbour's cylinder.                             When trying online booking, the site always disply "Already Registered" or in Login path it displays " your mobile and email ID are wrong.

Even after 15 days they are not delivering the cylinder. Now in another 3 days the additional cylinder booking time is approaching. Hence you are reuested to intervene with Gas Agency and send the same immediately.

                            Indane gas has started booking on line & has given Mob No Many times it is bezy. for booking a gas it takes more than to minutes. Also it is not possible to common man. So the Mob no given must be made toll free.

Every month when we try to book the cylinder there wont be any response from there end, either the phone will be busy through out the day or not answering, by luck if someone picks up the call they ask us to book on some other day while we are booking after 21 days as per the rules and he just ends the call without even giving the reason.
                            Please do some things what should we do if we are not getting the gas cylinder on time and they are not taking our booking on time. Should we use neighboors cylinder as everyone does????????.

As the gas has not been delivered till last week, to know the status of my booking I used to check the same by dialing 1260 and it used to announce that your gas is already booked on 29.01.2010. But surprisingly when I tried it again on 16.02.2010 at 1260, they did the booking the second time against the same consumer number. Till this time, I have neither received gas against the booking of 29.01.2010, nor against the 16.02.2010 booking.
                            As I complained earlier, it is very difficult to get the agency numbers either it will be busy or nobody will pick up. Therefore, gas booking through the agency telephone numbers is not at all possible.
                            Now, I would like to know what happened to my booking of 29.01.2010. I also woule like to know the tracking system of Indane against the bookings of customers either over phone or online.

                            I am an LPG consumer of Rashmi Gas (Indane), Kochi vide consumer No. 27969. I stay alone & use LPG very less, so whenever I book gas after 6 months, they say that the connection is dead. Last year they forced me to bring the re-activation recommendation letter from I.O.C. Head office Kochi. It is not so easy to reach & get cosumer care officer recommendation. Any how I submitted my request letter duly recommended by IOC to Rashmi Gas, now while booking for refilling over phone, I was informed that the connection is dead & I have to submit re-activation request. I already submitted one during last year is with them.
                            I am working in a cent. Govt. Office & it is not always possible me to go their office for submitting such a letter again & again.
                            While dialing local cosumer care help line as given by Rashmi Gas, no[protected] either It is found busy or ringing unattended.

I have been receiving my gas cylinder at the same consumer number right from its registration. Now to my utter surprise that the online booking says that my consumer number is wrong and therefor the gas is not booked. Normally only one cylinder is delivered by the company in one month whereas my consumption is for two cylinders. The telephone installed at Nath Traders never responds. A great difficulty is faced in booking the cylinder. Indian Oil company must take such steps that the consumers are not harassed.

                            I am a resident of kaniyapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala. The agency here supplying the cylinders is guhan agency. The cylinder supply if properly booked through the agency takes 30 -40 days for most of the people. But if we call and tell the supplly boy he delivers, sometimes if we say it is over but without receipt and his attitude is encouraged here. If we go through the agency the delivery boy behaves very rudely to us. If we book through agency, purposefully they delay and most of the times both the cylinders are empty and we rely on others because of this heavy delivery delay? is there a shortage in the market that there is so much delay or is this the agency problem? And they say ou can book immediately after the delivery. still there is no use of having an additional cylinder...

                            I am having LPG gas connection (domestic) vide no 10794 with MORINDA GAS SERVICE, Morinda, Distt. Ropar (Pb)



                            Due to working in public sector hardly I am getting time to book my gas as my wife also in service. Although there are facility to book a cylinder on phone but they never pick the phone. When connected them why you are not picking the phone, reply is given make a call in afternoon and they do not pick the phone in afternoon also. This was brought into the notice of your zonal office Chandigarh but things are same. If you complaint to zonal office Chandigarh then the cylinder will come.



                            If the cylinder is already booked they never give the cylinder in time . if you contact them with some friend circle then they answer that take the delivery from their office or from their stockyard. This also bring to the zonal office Chandigarh but there is also no improvement.



                            Chandigarh zonal has given one land line Number for booking the gas cylinder. Then also the cylinder neither delivered at home nor intime.



                            It is my humble request, please do the needful

                            I am writing this mail from North West Delhi, Rani Bagh, Flat No. 95 Jagriti Appt., Capt. Satish Marg, Near Rani Bagh, Delhi - 110034. I had booked the gas personally on 16/11/2010 ( Gas No. RP-3057) through the Rani Bagh gas agency because they are not picking up the phone. And till today i haven't received the gas (30/11/2010). And when i go there personally to inquire about the same they told me that they have delivered it already on 23/11/2010 but i haven't received it. And i have observed that the delivery boys also sell the gas in black to daabas and others. Thats why we are facing the problem in getting gas in time and in the agency they tell them that they have delivered it to the customer which is very wrong. And sometimes the Gas also come less.
                            I hope you will take the strict action against it.

So I called again they said your cylinder will coming on next Sunday.Therefore service of agency was irregular because gas cylinder book after 21 days from the date of previouse cylinder delivery date and PANCHWATI GAS SERVICE booked fifteen day delayed after the phonebooking date
                            pl. check this problems and solve as early as possible, this type problem not done again.

                            So you are humbly requested to arrange next day delivery of cylinder after booking. And you are also requested to audit of supply to Gas Agency and home delivery done by Gas Agency on monthly base, if there is a difference than it is a subject of enquiry for balance cylinders, where do these go.I must be doubt of agency they sell cylinders in black. As the indane gas has introducted the new system online refil booking, most of the customers are facing to book the gas through online system and finally approaching the gas dealer and the gas dealer simply replying that to the book the gas online you may simply follow the instructions pasted on the board. I feel shame to say that the customer of indaine gas should compulsary have the cell connection to book the gas in front of the dealer. Most of illetrates are facing lot of difficulty in booking the case and they are not able to the gas intime. So kindly look in to the matter and continue the old procedure of booking the gas through phone by the dealer and also direct booking the gas as and when the customer appproaches the dealer and the online system also may be continued in respect the customers who feel convenient to book the gas online.                             Tried to book refill but agency not attending to call. Went personally, but was told that we need to SMS to a number and all bookings would be routed through this number to the concerned agency and the refills would be made. Hence I followed the procedure and booked via SMS. I received the confirmation. However after a few hours I received an SMS that says that the booking is cancelled. Now what do I do? Why was it cancelled and how do I do the booking?

                            I am already late? I need the refill urgently. Why has not Indane informed the consumers about the new procedure to be followed for booking?

                            Sub : Non receipt of cylinder on time when we book for a refil.
                            Ref : My Consumer No. 34489, Distributor – Priya Gas Agencies, Thavalakuzhy, Ettumanoor – 686631.

                            This is to bring to your notice about the anomalies happening at the time of delivery of recharge cylinders.

                            I would like you to discover something that I had booked a recharge cylinder on 9th April, 2011 and my booking number is 138. I have got my last recharge cylinder on 9th March, 2011. I’d like you to let yourself become more and more aware of the fact that I am yet to receive a recharge cylinder after 48 days from my last recharge. Since I am having a single cylinder connection, I could book my cylinder only after passing 15 days from the date of last recharge delivery. Hence I booked for my recharge on 9th April, 2011. Naturally, when I contacted the distributor yesterday, they have confirmed to me that they have printed the receipt on 25th April, 2011. And, in an interesting way, you’ll discover that till date and time, I have not received my recharge cylinder. I wonder if you’ll be surprised to discover that this has happened to us several times.

                            And I wonder if you’ll be curious to know the fact that I am a 79 years old lady and presently staying with my son and his family. My son is working for a private organization and my daughter-in-law is also working for an organization. Naturally, in an interesting way, you’ll discover that after they leave home, I am the only person available at home.

                            Maybe it will surprise you to notice that, last time, when the cylinder boy came to deliver the gas at my home, I requested him to keep the cylinder at my home and take the empty cylinder. But he thrown the cylinder at my courtyard and asked me to take the cylinder at my home. Now, of course, I don’t know for sure what you’re experiencing. But perhaps you will be wondering how your delivery boy is expecting a 79 years old lady to carry the cylinder to my home! One of the first things you can become aware about this is, since I don’t want to bribe him all the time, he was acting tough with me every now and then!

                            I would like you to appreciate the fact that I am a very old, (79 years old), to carry a cylinder to my home. I had to wait patiently till evening till my son returned home to take that cylinder home from our courtyard. Till that time, the cylinder was kept in broad sunlight since I cannot move that cylinder.

                            With your permission…now, I wonder the following things :
                            Can you notice why your delivery boy is asking for bribe all the time, at the time of delivering my cylinder? Is there any charge need to be paid to deliver the cylinder at home?

                            And would you be willing to experience that your cylinder boy is throwing the cylinder at my courtyard instead of keeping the cylinder at my home; when his vehicle can reach up to my door step.

                            The really important thing is just to be fully aware of that why your distributor is not taking appropriate remedial action to deliver the cylinder on the same day the receipt was printed; even after receiving many consumer complaints about the same?

                            I also want to remind you of something that you probably already know, which is that there are no proper consumer grievances cell at your website or concerned authority readily available to attend consumer complaints so that such distributors are acting tough with consumers.

                            Hope You’ll be fascinated and feel a strong compulsion to take appropriate corrective action to rectify these anomalies at the distributors end.

                            Since I am having only one cylinder, I am facing a lot of difficulties. Hence I would like to apply for a second cylinder. Kindly guide me how to obtain a second cylinder for this connection.

                            We have made a refill booking in March though SMS in a number, as told by the gas agency earlier. But gas has not been delivered for over 25 days. When we went and asked the agency, they informed that the system of booking itself has changed and that we need to book through the Voice Record Procedure. Last week, we booked by the Voice Record procedure, but God knows when the cylinder will come.

                            We have tried so many times to contact the gas agency through almost everyday, almost 15 times a day. But every time the number showed busy, when its ringing no body bothers to pick up the call. I dont know what the agency people think themselves as????

                            Right now the position is that still the cylinders have not yet been delivered and the gas is over, so cooking cannot be done at home.This is not only a concern for us but almost for all the people in Chennai. These things have become a common phenomenon. I request Indane, Chennai to please look into the matter seriously and atleast respond to the customers before we are compelled to take any further steps collectively...

                            P L Gas Service — Non delivery of Gas refill & re booking without my consent

                            My Indane Gas Consumer No. is 34522, I have booked a refill on 25.08.2011 in online system of booking having booking No. 353828, after few days i have received a sms that that cash memo No. 7268 will issued against my name & the refill will be supplied shortly. on enquiry i have came to know that the delivery will be schedule on 16.09.11 but till date i have not received the refil.

                            Not only that yesterday i.e.23.09.2011 i have received an sms that another booking is registered in my name vide No.266636 which was not done by me. As per my observation this is a totally fraud case using my LPG Connection by the dealer.

                            I request your goodself please arrange to help me in this regard.

                              They were misbehaving with me also.

                              Plz do the needful for treating shamlessly with the customer & destroying the IOC image.

                                i have booked cylinder on 05th august 2008againest consumer nomber KG12271 through 1260 . my booking no was 19. till date i am waiting for supply. morover the agency ( Kandhari Gas sect-2, rohini) people dont pick up the phones given on their slip 65155303 and 27519710.
                                Sorry to say, when i tried IOC Customer service cell no [protected] found it not existing and HELLO INDANE no [protected] out of reach.
                                concluding that no body cares for customer care and service. pleas check.

                                  Hi,

                                  I booked gas during the month of June'08. During the same period there was a huge hike in GAS charges. The agency where I am registered, stopped delivery for 1 week and all of sudden delivered the Gas on the day it was increased to Rs.354/- (It is actually Rs.305/- now). Later it was notified in the news paper (Deccan Chronicle & Hindu), that the charges are reduced and the excess amount will be refunded to the consumers.

                                  Today, when I check with the agency for the refund, they inform that the amount is to be refunded by the management, which is not done till date. The agency has delivered almost all the bookings till that particular day, in order to charge more to the consumers.

                                  This is ridiculous. The agency can stop delivery till the prices are hiked and when it comes to refund, they dont even bother for the same.

                                  This is how the agency behaves with every consumer.

                                  I therefore request you to look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    This is happening thrice with me that after booking gas cylinder delivery was not done even upto 10 daye. I have booked by gas HSG-13823 (Hari Singh Gas Agency) on 2 Aug 2008 and last delivery was 14 Jul 2008, till today no delivery made even after reminding on 10 & 11 Aug 2008. Today no one attending telephone call also so as to delay another 3 Days because of holiday. I does not have gas at my home what should i do.
                                    SIR,
                                    Last month i.e. on 17th September 2010, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S L.V.Reddy Gas Service, Indane Distributor Survey No.157/1, Manovikas Nagar, Secunderabad, thru their Refill Booking Phone No. 23064973 and the booking no. given is No.1. My consumer number is 20318. Till date i.e 7th October 2010, the same is not delivered to me. Number of times, I tried to contact them (ph no. of Gas Agency 27750715/[protected], either engage or they do not lift the phone. After number of attempts, sometimes, get connected their number but regret to say that they they never pick up the phone. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    Sub: Delay in delivery of gas cyclinder and not picking the calls.

                                    Iam user of the indane gas cylinder from last 5 years. Last year we shifted from begumpet to old bowenpally, secunderabad. From the day one ,we are facing this problem anytime we call the number they do not pick the call, so for booking we have to go the office and the lady who sit at the reception and next to her the man who's behaviour is not at all good. My old mother at the age of 60 she has to go to book the cycliner and thy say we will get the cyliner in 10days which never happened. According to me they are just selling in black and eating money from the people.
                                    This month they said 11days but till today we have not received it has crossed more than 20days. Bcox it has crossed more than the days and we needed the gas badly my mother took an auto with the empty cycliner went to the office were they refused to give her the cylciner and on that shouting at my mother saying that it will reach the next day.

                                    But till today we have not received. Its a sad thing that company like indane the staff and the service at old bowenpally are horrible. They are not sitting to give good service to people but instead they are treating them in a horrible way. Like me there are so many people who is finding so many difficulties but they just keeping quite bcox they do not have any choice thinking that they have to be in the mercies of these people.

                                    But let me bring it to your notice that i will not sit quite, if no action has been taken, i will definitely go to higher official.

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                      I had booked a cylinder with Namrata gas agency in kukatpally, hyderabad (A.P). My cust. no is 33406.
                                      Gas booking No. - Not given (three times) Till date, the same is not delivered to me. Their telephone nos. are[protected] and[protected]. Despite being repeatedly follow-up from (approximately) 23.06.2008, I am not receiving the gas cylinder.
                                      I went to the office thrice and i got no clear explanation from them (they told me that they are sending it, but might be the delivery person is not giving it, but when i asked the delivery person, he is telling me that you don't have sticker(i don't know about that) on the gas which we gave at delivery time that's why we are not delivery, but i call to their office and told the same, the office person told me that we don't know anything.
                                      Kindly help me out. I am very depressed. After making telephone calls, they are not picking up either the telephone no., always disconnecting or not picking up and the behaviour and the way of talking of the delivery person (yadagiri) is very rough and rude.
                                      I am a office going person and i cannot bare this all.
                                      Please help me, what can I do. Kindly help me.

                                      from last 5 months ,we are not able to receive our refill gas on time and on repeated remainders, they bring it very late. even thou' we have two cylinders, by end of 5 weeks we are out of gas cylinder. we need to borrow from our friends and relatives,as i have small children in our house. to deliver our refill gas cylinder they are taking 11/2 months . really ,feeling very disappointed with this kind of approach. need a proper channel to fix this.which web site can i launch a complain to Indian Gas?????Need help as this is very frustrating as i a a working women.

                                      I have the connection of Indane Gas last 1 year Dixit gas services ( Khicdipur Delhi 91). Now I shifted my house Khicdipur to New kondli on rant. I am also transfer my connection to New Kondli Delhi-96. But the problem is that here Indane Gas Agency Roop Gas Service center refused to refill the gas due to rant aggrement document not complete. Now the Landlord not aggery to give any written documents.I have the transfer letter validity till 27/12/2007.I have so faith with Indane Gas.

                                      I have only a single gas cylender connection. Even after 37 days of booking the agency is refusing to deliver the cylender.

Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is after a week. Phone again and come in person to book it. The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.
                                      I request you. I want to know what is the TAT of cylinder delivery after booking.

                                      I HAVE BOOKED A REFILLE ON 31/12/2008 AT SAPNA INDANE ENTERPRISES, JAYNAGAR DIST MADHUBANI BIHAR. BUT TILL TODAY ON 04/02/2009 IT NOT SUPPLIED YED.
                                      I am a consumer of Mohanil Gas Service at IIT, Hauz khas, New Delhi with Consumer No.35807. I have booked gas online on 2nd March 2009 by dialing online telephone number 1260 and the booking number received is 48. Today on 12th March 2009 i equired whether delivery has taken place for booking on 2nd March 2009. The reply was yes. I asked why i have not received the gas for booking on 2nd March 2009.
                                      The guy behaves rudely and said that we do not need booking number. You will note your consumer number and after checking in our cumputer system we shall be able to send reminder. The computer is running but he is saying computer is not working and we can not check it now. Again he is saying if you want to complain first log compain then we will supply you gas.I want to know whether there is any checking system for delivery by this gas supply agency or any authority having telephone number for compain. If any person will receive delivery after 15 days what is the time span for booking another cylinder. Please Advice

                                      I have requested for refilled gas cylinder on 28/02/2009 and queue no is 33. I have not yet received filled gas cylinder. After waiting for almost a month, I am writing here. Although Gas is available in market and agency staff are selling for some extra rupees or say in BLACK.                                       Please take a action against agency and bring the service to normal.

                                      Indane Gas — No supply of Gas cylinder

                                      I had made booking for gas cylinder through telephone on 21.10.09 which they did on their phone ([protected]) and they said on the same day that I would be getting the gas after 7 to 10 days.Then on 02.11.09 I had visited the office for same because the franchisee people said that the same will be delivered after 7 to 10 days from the date of booking and so on 02.11.09 I visited the local Indane gas office for the gas. After I said them about the same on 02.11.09, they refused to give me the gas stating that telephone booking is not permissible and that I should do the booking in the gas card with booking date mentioned in it. So I said to them that it was their person who did the same on telephone on 21.10.09 and that he at that time that is on 21.10.09 never said that telephone booking is not permissible and as a result I did so and the person too booked the same.
                                      But they refused to give me the gas cylinder on 02.11.09 stating that nobody has booked.So on the very same day that is on 02.11.09 , I made the booking and they entered the booking date(02.11.09) in my card and said that the same will be given to you within 7 to 10 days,
                                      So from the 8th day that is from 09.11.09 from the booking day, I am everyday visiting the franchisee gas supply outlet for the gas but its unfortunate that they are not giving me the gas and they are having plenty of excuses for the delay.
                                      The excuses they are giving are --
                                      (1) We give the gas cylinder to customers after 15 days from the booking date. (Earlier they said 7 to 10 days)
                                      (2) We don't have the gas. (They are giving to other people)
                                      (3) We can't do anything.
                                      (4) Speak to manager. (The manager is not available in the office)
                                      (3) They said on 13.11.09 that the supply person will deliver the gas at your doorstep which has not been done so till 14.11.09.
                                      (4)Now again on 14.11.09, I visited the local Indane gas supply office and informed that their gas supply person had not delivered the cylinder on 13.11.09 though my house is not even ½ KM from the office which they said that would be done on 13.11.09 itself.
                                      They didn’t pay heed to my issue and then they said that they would be giving me the gas on 16.11.09.
                                      This means what they said on 13.11.09 that the supply person will deliver the gas was just a false statement to distract me and there is no authencity of their words. The person sitting there are taking things for granted,
                                      So then I asked them about the complaint book so that my issues are to noted there. But they boldly said that you should complain to the manager and then I went to the manager’s chamber and unfortunately it was 11 o'clock in the morning hours but the manager was not present in the office and so I had to return from there with a sorry face and nobody in the office is even bothered to hear anything.
                                      Since 09.11.09 I am regularly visiting the outlet for the gas which is costing me Rs.20 everyday,
                                      I am getting late to my office everyday since 09.11.09 and this is because of the people sitting at gas supply office. The only reason is no proper response is given to me.
                                      The person sitting there are behaving like bosses and are not even bothered to answer or giving proper reply to customers.
                                      My concern is
                                      (1) When will I get my due gas cylinder?
                                      (2) What is the correct procedure for the booking, when should one book the gas, what is the time limit and how should one book the gas(physically or through phone)?
                                      (3) Why the people sitting in the office are behaving like bosses and are not giving proper response to customers?
                                      (4) Why harassment is done?
                                      (5) The people sitting at the supply office are clueless about the policies?
                                      (6) Why the supply of cylinders is done only in the morning hours?The customers are returning home empty handed if they are coming in the second half of the day at 3 or 4 o'clock in the evening.
                                      (7) Why the people sitting at the agency office are not picking up the phone of the customers which has been displayed as contact number for queries?

                                      I would like to inform you that I am not getting Indane gas supply from Indane agency" Raghu gas service, Khanda road, Gurgaon. Phone:[protected] ,[protected], [protected]
                                      It is an extremely bad and poorly managed service .
                                      My present complaint is : My consumer no. is 31994.
                                      Last gas received from you was on[protected].
                                      New booking done on[protected]. and as on 19th Feb also I have not received gas from your agency. Even after one month and 4 days , you are not supplying gas.
                                      Phone numbers of this agency is never picked up by the staff. Mobile numbers of Mr. Sharma or Mr. Sudhir is not reachable. Reason is not known.
                                      For every work I have to come physically to your agency- whether it is for Booking, giving you first reminder, then second reminder . I waste lot of time to follow up for gas .
                                      With two cylinders connection , me as a consumer is highly frustated.
                                      Higher Authority of Indane organisation must take action on this complaint.

                                      My consumer no. is 20764. I booked the gas on 19th Sept 2010 from Manu Flames, Meenu Huts, XIX/658(1), Hill Road, Aluva. But as on 12th Oct 2010 I haven't received the cylinder yet. When I try to contact the gas agency, either the phone keeps on ringing and ringing and nobody to answer or by any chance if they answer, the reply what I get is that the cylinder will be delivered next week. And the week went on.

                                      My question is why there is such delay?? And in BLACK, people are getting it instantly by paying 500 rupees and why the consumer has to suffer???? When I enquired with many other people who have Indane Gas connection, they do not have so much delay in getting the refill............

                                      Many o[censored]s are working women and we find it difficult to manage things without gas and depending on other modes of cooking which is time consuming.
                                      I request the concerned authority of Indane Gas to look into this matter and take necessary actions.

                                      And my another query is do IOCL company has any issues in supply of Domestic Gas? If so do consumers have any other option to transfer the gas connection to another company like HP or Bharat Gas???

                                      Iam a customer of M/S Manu flames ,Indane gas ditribute ,Aluva,Kerala.I have 2 cylinders .
                                      unfortunately both cylinders are empty because of the delay in supply.

                                      1.I was last supplied on 12/10/10 for which the bill was generated on 06/10/10.Why there

                                      was a delay of 6 days from the date of billing?

                                      2.I was told that simultaneously i cannot book for the next until the gas is not supplied

                                      3.when i got supply on 12/10 /10 immediately I booked for the next online on 12/10/10 and
                                      I was allotted booking no 232.

                                      4.I was waiting for my supply till 16/11/2010. On 16/11/2010 i approached the agency and
                                      enquired about my status. To my astonishment he told me that the gas was not at all booked
                                      When i explained him that I was allotted the booking no,he told me that because i have
                                      booked before getting the next supply the system may not have accounted the booking.
                                      I would like to know , if that is the procedure why system allots a booking no?

                                      5.I asked him for the complaint book and he gave me the book.In the book i have
                                      registered a complaint in page no 13. In the column "action taken"
                                      almost all the columns were blank .

                                      6.It is understood that the gas booked up to 26/10/2010 has been already supplied where as
