Complain against LPG Distributor : Raj Flame, Delhi, India
Agency of Indane Gas - Raj Flame, Mohan Garden, Delhi, India, is not bothered to attend phones, doesn't care for honoring bookings, is selling cooking gas in black, is indulging in malafide business practices. Is anyone there to to listen? IOC is a public sector compnay, so it doesn't matter if it looses business. Is there any statutory bodies who can take care of a genuine customer who use hardly a LPG cylender in a month

REF: CONSUMER NUMBER: 36127 STAND IN THE NAME OF MR. ARUN GOEL AT A-2/8, BHAJANPURA, DELHI, WITH M/S GAYATRI GAS SERVICE, BHAJANPUR, DELHI – 110 053
Dear Sir,
That all 28th November 2008, I have booked a LPG cylinder on telephone number 1260 vide their booking number 6. But supplier M/s GAYATRI GAS SERVICE has not supplied cylinder till today, previously during 2008, many times I booked cylinder on the same number but the compliance has not made every time. The practice of the dealer is wrong and against the law. Many times your dealer forced us to purchase the cylinder in higher rate and less rate, the delivery man of the Gayatri Gas Service, always keeps a weightment scale which is un-authentic
In the light of the facts stated above, you are requested to look the matter personally, the area manager Mr. SATESH TIKOO seams evolved with the Gayatri Gas Serivce.
For your ready reference I have lodge my complaint to Mr. B.S. GIRDHAR, State Office & Mr. SATESH TIKOO, and area manager through E-mail on dated 5th December 2008, but, till day I have no reply with them.
You are requested to send me LPG CYLENDER for re-filling and take necessary action against the will full defaulters.

Dear Sir,
I have registered my complaint for supply of expired date cyclinder by Indane Gas Dealer on 17.12.08 and my complaint/registration # is 4661.
Till date neither I have received any information from concerned dealer nor company.In case there is any mishap due to expired cylinder who will be responsible.
Pl forward my complaint to concerned authority to resolve the same immediately.

I have complain of Vasno gas service, RURA kanpur dehat to responsible officer of IOC but there is no action I think everybody involve in black marketing alongwith IOC officers.Here I have attached all mail whatever I have sent to IOC officer,

Hi sir,
After complaing this mail the behavior of owner(Naresh Mangal)was some changed but now a days he is following same so we have alots of trouble which is created by owner. one thing May I know after howmany days customer get next supply (21 days or 40 days) what is the exact duration please let me know because of he delivered next supply of LPG to customer after 40 days.
We are going to complain of his in vigilance department of Indian oil.

That all 12th June 2009, We have booked a LPG cylinder But supplier M/s SUMIT GAS ENTERPRISES has not booking or giving cylinder .He saying that all of customers, First submit Rs.210 for Rubber pipe of Cylinder.
Rs 170 for Cylinder rubber pipe and Rs. 40 for Inspection of Pipe.
We have just purchase one year back new Rubber pipe of Cylinder ISI mark.
Now he is not giving us cylinder. He says Rs.210 is mandatory.
Fist cut the slip of Rs.210 other wise he is not giving to Cylinder to any body.
So many people is suffering from his behavior

sir,
my customer no is B-10277 our gas distributer is OMKARAM INDANE SERVICE, KALLOOR JUNCTION OCHIRA KARUNAGAPALLY, KOLLAM, KERALA. they werw making un necessary delay in delevering gas more than 60days after booking, most time the phone was not attend &almost get encaged their behaviour is very rude&harsh most time they said the stock was not arrived but actually black marketing is taking therewhen we remind them about complaint they reply if u are urgent customer go &complaint they doesn't matter &go &avail gas connection from other companies like BHARAT GAS it is because of the reputation of INDIANE OIL we are still continuing it this was not only the problem of me my neighbours were also facing the same problem hoping the remedy as early as possible

my tvs flame starts making a huge noise after the speed of 55-60 km/ph.i am feeling cheated after bying this bike.i want it to be correcter fully or replaced.

The practice of the dealer is always more or less is the same. Many times i visited to dealer and requested for a proper supply in past but there is no change.

My complait is regarding the desiplinary action, at the date of 7-07-10 the service man came with cylinder and hand over the cylinder and my mother gave the amount 500/-, at the time in my mother hand dont have change.the service man talk some irresponsible like, you have keep the amount when your are booking at the time itself, if your are thinking you have to pay aditional 10/- rupees.At the time my mother has inform, if you behave like this we will complaint to your office suddenly he answer you make a complaint they dont make action against me.after that we make acomplaint to agences on that day they we inform the person will come and supply.Again we make a complait on 08-07-10 regarding this issue, today is 09-07-10.But still we cant recived the cylinder.so pls kindly take some action regarding the issue.we are waiting for your reply.through phone or mail:karthi_mtr@yahoo.co.in

My Consumer No.958 I had taken the Gas Connection from Veera Sachi Agencies, Daman Square, Chandra Sekhar Pur, Bhubaneswar.When I had gone to them to transfer it elsewhere but they rejected citing the Cylender is Old & Obsolete.They are really harassing the Customer like us not to transfer it smoothly. They finally took my cylinder but didn't refund security deposit i made initially against. They are also involved in illegel activities by deducting more fees by the context of some other fees. Requesting to you kindly intervene to look into this matter as genuine Customer are getting affected by this dihonest Distributor.

I am a regular consumer of LPG, With M/S RAJ FLAME, Mohan Gaarden, For the last two months the gas Cylinder delivered to me is had less gas quantity, it lasted only 20 days, insteda of 30 days, our family is of 4 members. Delivery boys are very expert in stealing gas from culinders, when asked they say no one can stop us for this theft. we pay for this act.
Plaese save us of this cheating in future.

similar is the case in pearey lal agency, karol bagh. we r so fed up with this attitude..every month we have to call them at least 100 times before they finally oblige us by picking up the phone. cylinder delievery takes another 10 days. usually by that time there is no gas at home and we hv to buy a cylinder in black.

I booked the cylender on 23/05/2011 by central booking system using 9911554411 no. but my distributer has not delevered at all. According to him there is a acute shortage of cylenders.
My other cylender is also going to be over. You are requested to take the necessary action against my distributer as early as possible.

I am a regular consumer of LPG, With M/S RAJAN INDANE SEVA, BABURA BHOJPUR, For the last day when i was gon to distributor fof taking the gas Cylinder, there were mr. heera singh present there, when i was take place in a que, that time mr. heera singh comes with stick and he was abusing, when i was againsting him then he wll said to me with abusing language i will not give u gas...and he comes to me for beating mood.
then what i should do...?

Hello,
I am in Bikaner and our service dealer is Flame Gas. We had a leakage in gas cylinder that they delivered. Despite of calling them again and again
they have not come yet to collect the cylinder back. My kitchen is very open else there would have been a serious accident. my consumer no is 1701.
How would you like to deal with this careless attitude. I need a quick and strict action regarding this. you can contact on my no 0151:2521438

i HAVE BOOKED MY LP GAS CYLINDER ABOUT ON 12.01.13, I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION ABOUT REFILLING BOOKING, BUT TILL 29.012.2013 I HAVE NOT RECED MY GAS. DURING ENQUARY COMPUTER CALLING TOLD ME THAT YR GAS HAS BEEN DESPATCHED ON DATED 22/1/13 AGAINS CHALLAN NO.11402/11692.
