Pl let us know the results.. As per yr earlier declaration results will be put up on website within 30 days time .. Why not sofar..

We expect transparency in it .

I think all of you are just spreading rumours, no one has a genuine answer...

If anyone has already won a car, can he tell us did he got a call or SMS for the same????

I would like to know the status of the winners of the Car in a Tank Offer Contest which has ended on the 30th of April 2009. Your dealers staff seems to be unaware of the details of the winners.

Check iocl.com on 19 June to know it... Now, will someone tell if he got a call or SMS ?

I think IOCL should display list of Winners and their mobile numbers also. If anybody has a doubt about authenticity of results, they can confirm it by calling the winner.

Last year also, when this offer was been implemented, no boby came to know about the winners name through any source. Neither through print media, television, or any other means. I think that this is only a promotion, to increase the sales by IOC and nothing else. I have asked several IOC petrol pump managers, but they no clue to this matter, they no nothing about this. If this is the case then you will loose your goodwill in the market, and utlimately if any promotion you make, you will be unsuccesful to its result.
Moreover the offer you have made that if you make 400 huudred points, then you are eligible to fill Rs.100/- only value of petrol or diesel. For this one has to spend quite a thousand bucks to gather 400 points only. This is totally offer by IOC. I hope nobody will agree to it.
Hope to get a positive reply from your end asap.

kya hua ioc ke car in a tank offer ka, ek month pahale mere pas ioc mumbai se phon aaya tha kaha apne price jita hai apna pata(address) batao, uske bad aaj tak na koi phon na koi informetion by post se. phon kiya to maidam ne kaha one week bad informetion milegi 20 din ho gaye aaj tak koi khabar nahi. kya hua iska matalab ioc frod hai ya dhokhe baj, pata nahi kya hoga.../

when n how result will be announce, there is no any information ? next time IOC should name such contest like " Fool in tank ", " Full ur Tank n be Fool", " Fool ka tank Full " really shamefull I think IOC played with d imotion of customers, now every one should send their comments like... #$X$#X*$#

When can the results of Car in a Tank offer be expected. I just beleive that the only way I have now is to go to Consumer court or file a PIL for giving such kind of advertisement.

Result is available on site. No luck for me

I AGREE WITH MR. T.J.ROIHIT. EITHER THE IOC MUST DISPLAY COMLETE TRANSPARENCY REGARDING THIS OFFER, OR GET READY TO FACE LEGAL ACTION, & GET A BAD NAME.
