I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER SINCE SEP-05 FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF MY CAR AND USING EXTRA PREMIUM FUEL PAYING RS. 2-3 PER LITRE HIGHER FOR THE SAME. BUT BY DOING SO FRAUDLENT ACT IOC PROVES THAT YOU CAN CHEAT ANY CUSTOMER LIKE CHEAP LOCAL CHIT FUND CO. THOUGH IT BOASTS OF NAVRATTAN CO. OF INDIA.

I am a resident of 66.A.P.C.Road. Kolkatta- 700009. I have two cylinders since[protected].My distributor is MS.BLUE FLAME, of 108/E, RAJR RAM MOHAN SARANI.KOLKATTA. 700009.My consumer No is
5228A.I have booked for the refilling.But my consumerscard NO. IOC/ER shows no entry since 2006. This may be due to that some times we book it by phone and get the filled cylinder at the said address or generally they book it on their computer so there is no entry after that date. I have received one refilled cylinder in the year 2008 in December, but there is no proof because I don't have the money receipt paid to the deliverey man. Now the distibutor refuses to book the cylinder and says that this matter has been forwarded to the head officeThey want a written letter along my address proof. Pleasae suggest some way to get out of this mess.

we are still waiting to see the results. let us see whether it will ever be published. why can't the results be published through the dealers/retail outlets for wide publicity for public convenience. iol must remember that all customers don't have access to internet and your website.

Delivery of Gas Cylinder.
My consumer no.35032 and I am a resident of 100, Bipin Ganguly Road, Moira Bagan, Patipukur, Kolkata - 700030 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Happy Home (Indane Gas), 909, Lake Town, Block ‘A’, Kolkata – 700 089 (phone no.[protected]/[protected] is the distributor for my connection. I booking 24th July, 2009 when I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold.. I have been trying for more than 18 days) over phone continously for delivery the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected]/[protected] remains busy and not answering. Every time I have to face this problem for delivery of gas cylinder due to excess to much amount claim by rifleman name Mr. Suresh & delivery the gas other consumer by excess amount taken without booking. I Sorry to say that Indian Oil goodwill be lost through this types of distributors and also rifleman

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

my consumer no. 3231 and i am resident at gaatri vihar colony, near shanti kunj haridwar. M/S deepika gas agency distributor for my connection.
I have booked my lpg on 8 august. but i have not received yet. i am calling to thier no.[protected] on regarding this but thier branch manager not give me proper anser.
you are requested to look into this matter.
