late delivary

dear sir,

i booked 1st time cylinder dated 24.04.2012 consumer number -12515, booking no:-369692 . after one month i laudge complain datet 24.05.2012
complain no:491093. but i didnt reply.. what can i do??my distributor P.L.Gas Service, lake pally P.O: Boral Dist: 24 parganas (s). vat reg no:19611053086.every months i am suffaring this problem.

respected sir,

I had booked a cylinder on 13/9/12 and the delivery date is 13/10/12.its already twelve days since the due date.kindly take necessary steps for this late delivery which is not the first time either.

BOOKING NO:511323
This problem is been there for a long time kindly take necessary steps
