I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is 45377 & the agency Name is Sheela agency, J. P. Nager, Bangalore. I had booked a cylinder on 26/06/08 and they deliver it on 03/07/08 and they said they can take booking after 16 days and when i called again after 16 days they are saying they will take booking only after more 10 days and they will deliver the gas after 10 days. the same thing happen june 2008 month. When i called them on 03/06/2008 they said they will take booking after 6 days. After 6 days when i booked and asked booking number, they didn't said anything, even i requested many times. When i called them again 26/06/08, they said there is no booking done for this consumer number and they took again and then they delivered the gas on 03/07/2008. It seems they are harrassing me. Is there any kind of rule supplying gas more than 45 days to 60 days. If it is like that then how can i manage the cooking. I am holding two gas cyllinder but both became empty.

Subject:- Complaint against Deep Indane Service, Agency, Majri, District, Mohali.

Sir,
I, the inhabitant of Village Mullanpur Garibdass, submit as under:-
1. That my village Mullanpur Garibdass, which is situated at a distance of hardly 3 kilometers from Chandigarh, inhabits the population of around 12000 people. Of late, every family is solely dependent on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for its cooking needs. I wish to highlight to your goodself the very genuine grievance and hardship being faced by me and people of the village, that there is no LPG agency or Godown of the Indian Oil Corporation in the near vicinity of Mullanpur Garibdass.

2. That the only Gas Agency through which LPG cylinders are supplied in our town, viz. Deep Indane Service, Majri, District Mohali, is situated at a distance of about 12-14 kilometers. There is no door-to-door service for supplying cylinders in my town. The persons running the said agency dictate their own terms for supplying LPG cylinders to the poor inhabitants of the town and sometime charge more price than the fixed by the corporation. There are no fixed working hours of the said agency. The persons running the agency do whatever they like and they unnecessarily harass and humiliate the poor inhabitants of our town. The employees deputed for supplying the cylinders don’t have any etiquette/ manner how to communicate with the customers and they always used such a rough language to the customers. Moreover, the telephone/mobile numbers installed at the agency for gas booking are always out of order. As such, in this computer-age also, one has to waste his/her entire day, sometimes more than one day or two, to get an LPG cylinder refilled from the aforesaid agency, which is very humiliating and embarrassing too. Therefore, I submit number of complaints against the said agency before your goodself which are as under:-

1. No –door-to-door service is provided to the consumer.
2. They openly sold LPG cylinders in black in the market.
3. Communication of the employees deputed for delivery of LPG cylinders alongwith dealing of the proprietor Mr.Sukhwinder Singh with the customers is not good.
4. Gas in cylinders always underweight and the seal of the LPG cylinders always found broken as the employees deputed in the godown may pilferage the gas.
5. The phone/mobile numbers installed at the agency for booking are always out of order.
6. There is no time fixed by the agency for the delivery of LPG cylinders in the area that also in working days. Due to that reason, employees working in the Govt. offices face severe problems.
7. I don’t have any male member (except my father who is suffering from brain hemorrhage) at home to carry the LPG cylinder from the place where the tractor-trolley of the agency comes in working hours, for distributing the LPG cylinders which is far from my home. I also put my grievance before the Area Manager, Mr.Shakula verbally on his mobile [protected] so many times, though he assured me to sort out my problems but he did not take any action against the proprietor Mr.Sukhwinder Singh. I feel that they both seem to be hand and glove that is why my genuine problem is not solved.

Your are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the erring agency and sort out the aforementioned problems faced by me and make necessary arrangement for opening a Godown or LPG agency in the Mullanpur Garibdass, at the earliest so that the residents of our town may not be subjected to any further harassment and inconvenience.

LPG — broken seals and pilferage from LPG cylinders

I'm Dr. R.V. Singh on transfer from Ahmedabad to Lucknow. I am shocked to observe that Indane is meting out step motherly treatment to its customers at Lucknow (may be in entire UP). While at Ahmedabad we used to get cylinders sealed with an aluminium cap, which could not be (in normal course) tampered with, but in Lucknow all cylinders are delivered with a plastic tape wraping. All refils that I have received here last only 28 days on an average, while at Ahmedabad they would last 47 days.
The delivery boys, upon taking the delivery from the godown, siphon about 2/3 kgs of LPG to 5 kg cylinders (sold by the shops along side the UP towns).
None raises a voice, for obvious reasons (need I explain them?)
However, Indane, on its part can definitely address the problem by making it mandatory to provide aluminium seals and a plastic tape seal over it and ensure that the cylinders are delivered at the consumers' doorstep in that condition.
Its a matter of grave concern to observe that a PSU of the stature of Indian Oil has cannived with the mafia to put the ultimate consumer at loss by allowing the dealers/ delivery boys an opportunity to tamper with the LPG refils.
Earlier also I have written in this very site, but in vain. Would anybody listen, please!!!...
I had booked my refill with DK agencies in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Consumer#23280 on 12th Jan 2009. The ticket# given is 3855.

They had promised to deliver in 4-5 days. It is over 10 days now and every follow-up call results in empty promise of delivery the same day.

I suspect they are delivering out of turn keeping innocent consumers waiting.

Indian Oil — Non Delivery of LPG Cylinder

I am a consumer with IOL's dealer in Sahibabad M/s Yadu Indane Gas Seva (Consumer Number 12112) .
I find the services of my IOL dealer very careless and irritating, getting refill is always a problem. Needless to mention, the problem o[censored]nderweight cylinders.

I had requested a refill on 13.01.2009 and it has not been delivered yet. We were told that it will take 8-10 days. After that, on enquiry we were told that it will be delivered in a day or two. Then they started saying that the house was locked. Which is impossible and can be proved.

Now since last 3 days - they are saying that the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow for sure.

Yesterday (05.02.2009) at around 2.30 they said that it will reach at 3.30 pm but it didn't.
After 5.30 pm no body picked up the phone.

I had booked a cylinder on 07/02/09 and they are not deliver till now, i have visit two and three time always they said we will send you tommorow or you have to come in the morning at 6 o clock, Ad they said also some times there is no booking done for this consumer number and they took again and then they delivered the gas on 03/07/2008.whenever i have booked verbally on thier booking counter two times they have not give booking no and all that It seems they are harrassing me. Is there any kind of rule supplying gas more than 45 days to 60 days. If it is like that then how can i manage the cooking. I am holding two gas cyllinder but both became empty.this situtaion advise me that i look for other gas agency like bharat petrolem like, plz take action agains it otherwise will be voilet faith cusumer like me treally .

Dear Sir

I want to make a complaint for the delivery of cylinders.
This is about Harson gas service SCF 02 Gaini Zail singh Nagar Ropar
They usauly do not deliver gas in time. People do not Know complant reguster.

Behaviour of Staff of Harson gas service is not very good they do not who to talk.

you have to take an action on it.
I book my gas on 08.10.09 but till date there is no delivery

      1. it has been long standing practise of m/s subhchandni gas service, patna which charges Rs20/- for booking refills by phone and Rs.10/- by booking through messangers.
      2. that the agency had refuses to book the gas refiils on 9th july simply because i had not purchased coupons.
      3.that the practise adopted by this particular service is arbitrary and illegal only to extract money for customer.
      4.it is therefore requested to take proper action against m/s subhchandni gas{domestic} service, patna so as to stop such malpractice causing inconvience to your old customer

        Dear Sir/ Madam,
        I am a Central Government employee, working as Deputy Director in Survey of India. I have recently been transferred from Bhubaneshwar to New Delhi as Joint Director of DSSDI Project, which is a top-priority time bound project of Delhi Government and Survey of India.
        Consequent to my transfer I am residing at Mehrauli, New Delhi. I approached with my Transfer Voucherissued by Kleen Gas Agency, 26 SCR, Kharvel Nagar, Unit III, Bhubaneshwar, to nearby LPG Distributors but my experiences with them have forced me to lodge a complaint for redressal of my problem.
        To begin with, I approached Sona Enterprises, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 5-7-2008 with my Transfer Voucher and NOC Affidavit as my Residence Proof. After inspecting my documents, I was advised by the proprietor to bring a Certificate of Residence duly issued by my Department (Survey of India) and assured me that the Gas Connection will be issued immediately on submission of the Certificate. I contacted M/s Sona Enterprises over phone immediately on collection of the desired cetificate from my Department. But surprisingly, as soon as I informed them that I am ready with the Certificate and am shortly starting towards the Gas Agency for completion of formalities, they turned a volte-face and told me that there is instruction from Indian Oil not to issue any Gas Connection on Transfer.
        Again, I approached M/s Sai Sharma Gas Agency, Secor P, Pocket 1 Vasankunj, on[protected] Phone nos.[protected], 26134492, [protected]. The Agency inspected all my documents and found them in order, but expressed their inability to issue me Gas Connection immeditely, as they were short of stationeries and advised me to come on Monday[protected], but only after confirming over phone.I contacted them over phone in the morning of[protected]. They informed me that they have still not got the stationery and asked me to contact in the afternoon. When I contacted them in the afternoon, they suddenly changed their tone and expressed their inability to provide me Gas Connection against my Transfer Voucher in near future saying that they have been instructed by Indian Oil not to give any connection on Transfer now.
        Such attitude of the LPG distributors is putting me in immense mental agony. Even though I have come here on Urgent Task of Government, such dilly-dallying tactics of the distributors is also preventing me from fully concentrating on my job in hand.
        I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct M/s Sai Sharma, Vasankunj, who are the LPG Distributors in the locality I reside, to immediately provide me Gas Connection against my Transfer Voucher. I shall be greatly obliged if you kindly inform me regarding the redressal of my grievance at my e-mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com.

        i have a LPG connnection(single cylinder) from pushpak gas distributor, kalawad road, rajkot, gujarat.Whenever i call him for a gas cylider he did not attend the call at most of times. wnen ever he attends the call he says that delivery will be in 10 days.i have only one cylinder and it is very diffcult for me to make arraingements for these 10 days. further whenever i say for second cylinder he replies that the company is not issuing 2nd cylinder. This problem is persisting forthe last 4 years. The behaviour of that dealer is very uncourtious.

          I want to take a new gas connection at Hyderabad. But, since 5 months I went to one of the Indane Gas Agencies near to my recidencial area and they are telling that we dont have any new gas connection right now. Every week I enquire about the new connection but they telling like this way.
          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is Rajesh Kumar; residence is in 28 sector of Faridabad (Haryana). I need new gas connection. To get new gas connection I went to Rainbow Gas Agency of Indane Gas in 28 sector, Faridabad on August 2007. That time they said correctly stock is not for new connections; new connection may be open after two-three months.

          After three when I went again to Rainbow Gas agency, 28 sector-Faridabad, the answer was same as on august 2007. Since august 2007 Rainbow Gas of Indane Gas answer is same till date.

          Please help me to get a new gas connect.

            The agency had delivered a cylinder on 12th of July 2008 as I had booked a few days before. But the stock they had delivered had a problem as i observed on the next day[Sunday].

            On the next working day i.e. on monday 14th July 2008 I raised a complaint on this issue with the agency.

            The reply from them is they will be sending mechanic for rectification.

            Today it is 16th of July 2008 and their answer is the same [they will be sending immediately]. I am calling on daily basis atlest once in a day since[protected].

            If this is the case what do you mean by service; If possible don't give wrong commitments.

            THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST GAS AGENCY IN BANGALORE. THEY ARE NEVER BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. i HAVE A SINGLE CONNECTION AND i HARDLY BOOK ONCE IN TWO MONTHS OR SO. THESE PEOPLE HAVE PROVEN WORST AT THE WORST SITUATIONS BY NOT DELIVERING ON TIME.

            THE MOST WORST THING IS THEY WONT LIFT THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH WE CALL THEM CONTINEOUSLY FOR BOOKINGS.

            SOMETHING SHOLD BE DONE TO THIS.

            We have booked the gas on 21 Jan 2009. Inspite of repeated calls and reminders they do not provide the customer satisfaction. They just bang the phone without any clarification. It shows in the bill the delivery date is 02 Feb 2009 but we have received on 10 Feb 2009. It my humble request to take necessary action towards this agency. we are facing this problem a more than a year. I have no idea, what is the use in having double cylinder, When we receive for single cylinder procedure. When we have double cylinder there should be a proper formalities. It is highly pathetic of this agency.

              Dear sir,
              This is to inform u that M/S Sonali Gas Agency Kateya, PO- Kateya, Dist Gopalganj (Bihar) has made a regular practice to provide the Refill Cylinders after complition of 60 days only from its last issue. Whereas we know that as per IOC regulations after 21 days of last receipt refill cylinder can be obtained.and he is supplying LPG to domestic consumer 5 kg less than its standard weight too.We request your good self to take immediate action against them.

                I am a public Sector Employee, recently shifted to faridabad and living in Sector 41 Faridabad. I wanted a new domestic gas connection from Rama Gas Agency, sector-21 C, Faridabad, Haryana. I completed all the documentry obligation, but the agency is not saying that new connections are closed now a days, i have also talked to Indian Oil field officer of the area but he is also saying the same thing.
                Please help me as soonest possible as it is basic requirement for living.
                I am a private Sector Employee, shifted to faridabad and living in Green field colony Faridabad. I wanted a new domestic gas connection from Mohan Gas Agency, Near Kaniska Apartments, Sarai Khwaja, Faridabad, Haryana. I completed all the documentry obligation, but the agency is not saying that new connections are closed now a days.
                Please help me to get one connection.

                  Sir,
                  We have booked Indane gas cylinder in delhi. The cylider was delievered to us (voucher no.220204). After 1 hr we noticed that cylinder is leaking. The very moment we complaint to Indanr helpline to replace the defected cylinder before any mishappening. We try to opem their website www.ioclbiz.com, but it also not opening.

                  We call them 4-5 times and visited them, they always said we are coming in next 1 hr. But that 1 hr never came.

                  We got irritated we the service of Indane gas.

                  Please tell us what we can do.

                  .But there is a ur staff member named Surinder kaur misbehaved me and took my copies with her and not given to me.
                  she also not booked my cylender.
                  I have also come to know that she sells the cylenders in black to the people.
                  It makes bad reputation of the company .
                  please take a strict action against this lady and give me my copy back.provide me the cylender also.my booking order no. is 9869

I booked my gas cylinder since last two week, till 12 July 08 with Indian Gas toll free service (No-1260). No delivery has been made by the agency. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.

                      There is a serious problem about non-delivery of gas cylinder. I have been facing this problem innumerably. Complaining once & then getting one cylinder after much head ache is not the solution. I want to know waht is the way to set right these gas agencies for Indian Oil Corpr? Is there a compaint number where one can compain about them?

                      Indian Oil Gas Connection — second cylinder not issuing

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have approached to my gas dealer Banjara Gas Service, Yousufguda- Hyderabad for second cylinder in 2003 and repetedly approachig to the dealer but till date not issued to me. In the year 2007 July he has given booking no. (9355) and whever I go there he tells some or othre story but nothing is happened.

                      Please do the needful.

After each visit to the agency they only said that "tomorrow the gas will be delivered " since last one month. Not only this time this situation faced by more and more customers booked with this agancy. Please take an action for solving the problem.

                      This complain regarding my LPG gas connection booking request.
                      I had book a new LPG connection with Sona gas enterprises on 17 July 2012 booking no 8282. But till date I did not get any response from their side. I visit over there 3 time scence booking date. And every time they told that u will get the connection next month.
                      But today they are saying we will give you a connection but you have to give in written that you don’t have any problem with non sudisidized connection. Any every slender will be charge 900 + Gas stove _pipe and regulator and lighter (5300RS) and I think I have to o get 6 subsidize slender. Which they are denying.
                      Then I say that I have done booking last 4 month back and then changes were 4300. And i[censored] changes the charges then I should be eligible for 6 subsidized LPG cylinders.
                      This is very frustrating situation I am using induction cooker and I can’t continue with it.
                      Have you make this policy (new connation will be given non subsidized rate)?
                      IF yes then what is the meaning of booking. I am putting my request 4 times. Every time I got response from you side.
                      So please help me. Looking for solution from your side ASAP.

                          My consumer no. 30448 with Patparganj Gas Service, a distributor of your company. Contact no. of the distributor is[protected]/[protected].

                          Today I have been delivered gas cylinder for the sixth time by the above distributor in the lats 3 months. Everytime I have been supplied with a defective cylinder it has turned out to be a defective one and most alarmingly four out of six times the above distributor has supplied the same with leakage thereby leaving us to face a dangerous situation. Today the cylinder was delivered at 05.30 in the evening and by the time the leakage could be detected the distributor had closed its office.

                          One can now understand what kind of grave situation we are now facing. I sincerely suggest that an enquiry be done on this issue. I do suspect that an organised racket may be involved in it where the above distributor may also be a part of it.

                              I have registered for new domestic gas connection on 15.05.08 at Kishor Gas Service, 311/15/3 Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata (West Bengal), My booking sl no. is 88, Number: [protected].
                              I have made several contact to the office after booking but only one response is getting "New connection is not started" althogh i read in news paper on 3rd week of may that new coonection is available with revised rate.

                                I am the consumer of indain oil LPG having a cosumer No 35884 attached with Kanpur Gas & allied agencies having it officice at The Mall Kanpur .This disrtibuters is indulge in converting the domastic cylinders into commercial one by refilling the commercial cylinder from the domastic one and openly selling it for the commercila use while in other hand the domastic consumers are not being supplied in the name of shortage at comapny lavel .he is selling a self printed slep at the cost of Rs 50 /when I refused to by it the distributer has net been supplying me lpg for last three months .the distributers shows his self a congress party leader and claims that no officer is able to do any thing against him, even alok chowdhery IOC officer knows the facts but he never intertains any complaint against him, whether it is madatry to by the slip at cost of Rs 50/ frim the disttributers ? whether there are no rules to control the malpractice ? whether the person shows his self as congress leader has right to black marketting and non supply or to create the shortage in the name of comapny poloicy ?

                                I am a consumer of Sonker Gas Agency, Arya Ngr, Kanpur. Since I am away from Kanpur most of the time I do not get it refilled nor ask anyone to collect the LPG in scarce time also.

                                Two weeks ago I approached the Gass Agency for booking I was told that my name has been blocked by Indian Oil (Lucknow) and a refill will be allowed only if I buy a rubber tube from them.

                                On approaching the concerned officer of Indian Oil Mr. Sudhakar on cell # [protected] I was told that this will not happen in future.

                                Today 3rd Oct 08 I approached the said distributor for booking but was told that he can manage it this time but in future he may not be able to get my gass refilled and also told me that my connection will be tranfered to some other agency.

                                The above fact has been mailed to the Lucknow office of Indian Oil Corpn.

                                A nice policy !!
                                I booked refill gas on 17th june 2009 on my connection no M-6824 Mohan Gas Agency Barra Kanpur.On 01July 2009 deliveryman came to deliver leaky refill and he did not let me check it.Ultimately I did not take leaking refill.I am deeply hurt by agency's customer service.

                                  I under signed is a consunmer of indane gas company and my consumer number is 2250 i am a consumer of M/s Omkar Indane Kundalwadi and resides at biloli. M/s Omkar indane kundalwadi supply the gas cyclinder at biloli through sub dealer.
                                  on dt. 5.7.2008 one Gas cyclender of 14.5 kg was supplied to me and subdealer demanded me of Rs. 372 for one cyclender of 14.5 kg. I have asked him for receipt but he has not given to me for Rs. of 372.
                                  youare therefore requested to instruct m/s omkar gas agency, kundalwadi for issuance of receipt at the time of delivery of gas cyclender to the concerned consumer and oblige.

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that in my locality the gas cylinder is charged 400rs by the Distributer Jaya Gas Services Phone no[protected] varkala Trivandrum Kerala.This is a real outrage as there are only two gas agencies and they are increasing the price at their will.I am residing at Vennicodu in Kadakavoor .The agency does not attend any calls and used to delay purposely and no bill is provided. Its a curse to our place.Also they use filthy language when complained..Sir please solve our grievance and take necessary action as early as possible.

                                    For last 2 years Nicolian Enterprise (#22/11 Double Storey Ramesh Nagar H.O., Delhi - 110015, Phone:[protected], [protected] has been creating lot of problems for us from the stage of booking the LPG cylinder to actual delivery. First of all they have changed their telephone numbers quite a few times, and even you are able to manage the latest phone list of the dealer, two ladies sitting there will not pick up your phone inspite of multiple dial efforts from different numbers. I have tried this by visiting their shop last month and dialing their number and in-front of me the bell was ringing and they were busy chatting and not bothered about ringing bell.

                                    When I confronted them with this qurey, they had no answer. Subsequently I was given a booking number and delivery in 2-days. But I have to personally visit them thrice physically over next two weeks to get the actual delivery of the cylinder. Today again I am dialing their numbers [protected] since morning, which either keeps on ringing or they will switch off / disconnect the phone after 1-2 rings, leading to phone out of service area message. I am having a feeling that probably cylinders are being sold in black market with consumers running after them for the delivery.

                                    Will appreciate if you can look into this on priority and get the problem fixed.

                                      Sir, my name is bhola ram sharma. Resident of sonauli, nautanwa dist maharajgunj, U.P. I have gas connection from nautanwa gas service .my customer no. is 8145. From twenty days this firm has stopped gas booking via phone . They don't pick up and say it is not working. When we in to office to book which is ten kilometeres they say they don't deliver at home but we have to pick from agency.Either we book from a person at sonauli who will collect advance amount from us, maintain our record there and deliver the gas there. I don't understand they don't book us directly. Don't give us booking slip . Don't deliver us directly .But someone on their behalf taking advance amount from us plus some extra do the same thing and deliver the gas by agency's vehicle . Can you explain what is this. Is this right? Other customers also face the same problem. But to whom we complain. Customer care no. given in slip don't work. How to solve the problem?Please help .                                       Indian oil corporation — not delevering properly

                                      lpg cylinders not delevering properly as per our standard instructions. and also they are selling in BLACK, their staffs including manager are not answering propering to the customer. and the delivery boys forcely they are asking for tips ( extra money) .why the indian oil corporation they are not taking action on these agencies. i belive we will immediate remedy.

                                      I the undersigned was regular LPG customer of your company. My consumer No is GG21252 and my delar name is M/s Gujral Gas company, 1 Kingsway, Cantt, Jabapur (MP)-482001.
                                      It is noticed that the above delar is not deliver LPG cylinder in proper regularly and he says he is not public servent to take any complaints and he said you go the complain our national services.

                                      you are requested to take necessary action so that all customer relief delar attitude.

                                        Today there is a major problem in my house. The Indane gas cylinder is leaking. There is no one picking the numbers whatever near to my area (Bangalore - Sahakaranagara) I am trying since 4:00 pm today afternoon. I also tried to search in WEB but there are no emergency numbers

                                        my gas connection was debarred by your agency in ghughus because of my time period was expired to refil my cylinder.so i would like to continue my gas connection.
                                        We find it extremely difficult to get a refill at Mussoorie (Uttarakhand). Earlier a truck, laden with cylinders, used to come to Library or Mall Road and we could get cylinders easily; but now we are asked to procure it from King Craig, about two Km. away. The coolie charges Rs.100/- per trip, but then it is not certain that the cylinder will be available. This time in June' 2010, we had to send a coolie daily for three days and then we were asked to purchase it in black ! A slip is issued by your office on Mall Road and we were told that the slip is valid only for three days, and if the cylinder is not available by then, only way out is to purchase it in black !
                                        Can some arrangements not be made to ease the situation ?

                                        I do not know whom i need to report, but some one able to resolve or talk to the authorities that will really good.otherwise some day because of this a major accidents will occur.
                                        I had a Gas Connection in UP and I got it transferred to Bangalore on 9th Mar 2012. After the transfer I asked for second cyclinder as the agency in UP told that we cna get it easily since it is our right. The KK Indane gas agency in Bangalore (Ulsoor Lake area) told me that I will get it in next one month but when I am calling them after 2 and a half months they are telling that you cannot get it at least for 2 years. They will give different numbers of their bosses and all the people will tell different stories. The problem is very simple if a person has only one cyclinder and the gas in the cylinder gas gets emptied today, he will have no means of cooking till next days as they take 10 days to deliver the gas. So a family is forced either to get it filled from outside or to get gas in black which as per the goverment is a crime. They are forcing us to do the crime and they are telling that even IOCL cannot do anything for them. I am really frustated handling this people. Can someone from here post this to right authorities about the complaints Indane gas is having.

                                        At 11 we have noticed smell in our kitchen my wife said i am hearing a sound near the regulator. I went and saw gas heavily leaking from the bottom of the regulator. The moment i remove the regulator the leak stops and when inserted it is leaking.I have told my wife not to lit any thing and opend all windows and removed the regulator and we came out from the kitchen. I tried to contact the emergency N [protected]. from 12 !3. 30 phone ringing no body lifts. I phoned to INDANE [protected] and after hearing all recorded programs finally a lady took and answered and asked to contact the same [protected]. I tried many times and no body lifts. Well i contacted my supplier dealer /s KK enter prises which is some 15 Km away. all the 3 phone No are ringing and no body lifts. [protected], 25566799, 25513291.Finall y got fed up with the emergency services i went to near by private gas supplier and asked him to give me two inner o rings which comes in the cylinder. The boy removed from one empty cylinder and i happily gave him 10 bugs. I came home and removed the old one and replaced with the other and the leak has stooped. well i agree what i have done is worn. But why the customer care is negligent. and forced the way i have to do my self. if it was worst condition or caught fire. or burst what is our fate. this is India, and every thing is taken casually.
