I beg to say that ,I VISHAL CHANDRA SHEEL had applied passport in Aug- 2006 (File No:-LKO-A088046),I have made each and every enquiry from my level as per required(Police & LIU Investigation sucessfully),In this case I visited to lucknow head office also & they had tolded that your each and every required document & enquiry has been cleared & don't worry you will recieve your passport shortly,but still from that day I am waiting till date & not got my passport yet.I did'nt got any responce also,So please Sir take any proper decision to solve my problem.

Subject: Passport Delay by 3 months.

This is to state that I applied for new passport in Feb. 2010, and am yet to receive my passport. Upon enquiry at the passport office, they mentioned that they have not received the response of Police enquiry, whereas police enquiry has been done on my behalf so early, I do not know, why the police officers are not sending the report to the passport office.

I could never understand the mind set of police officers, why they are not sending the reports relating to my passport. No one is interested in helping/rendering the due service to the public, despite taking the money for that.

I explained in detail, I got a call from nearest police station (Shastri Nagar P/S, Jodhpur) and they told me to come there with two photos. Next day, I went there and they gave me two blank form and ask for signed by two neighbours. While submitting the signed paper, they demanded some money to forward the said documents at Jaipur passport office and I gave desired money to them.

After few days I got another call from another police station (Jalori Gate P/S, Jodhpur) of the same city in whose jurisdiction I reside before 20 years. They also told me to come there. Next day, I went there and again they gave me two blank form and ask for signed by two past neighbours (20 years old neighbours). While submitting the signed paper, they also asked for some money to forward the said documents at Jaipur passport office saying “Police to Janta ke Sahyog se hi chalti hai bhai”.

After few more days I got third call from another police station (Pipar City P/S, Pipar, Dist: Jodhpur) of my home town in whose jurisdiction my parents were residing before 35 years (As I was born in Jodhpur). They also told me to come there. It is not possible for me to go there, as that place is 80 kilometres away from my home. Next day, I made a call to my uncle at pipar and told him to go to said police station. He went there and again they gave him two blank form and ask for signed by two past neighbours (35 years old neighbours). My uncle is unable to sign the said forms as no one is known to us as we were residing there before 35 years.

Now my passport file is with pipar police station and my passport is ???. “Don’t know what will happen to my passport”.

It has been 3 month submitted my application form please suggest me what to do.

Hi

I would like to suggest you write an RTI application and submit it to nearby GPO (General Post Office) with the fee of Ten rupees.
There are following steps.

1) Write an RTI application on a plain paper [ You can take help from the sample application attached with this mail. ]
2) Photo copy it.
3) Visit Head Post Office nearby and submit the application. Get photocopy stamped by post office & take this copy with you.
4) Now relax. With in one/two weeks your passport should be with you.

Its a simple effective step. Just try this at least once only before paying bribe to any govt official.

I kindly request to you that my formality of passport is 100% complete, also i fulfill all needs required by passport officer.
From 2008 i m trying to get my passport but passport officer is not attending my file(my file no. is R003139 and year 2008), by requesting him/her he/she attends my file and telling me that you will get your passport in 15 days.
From 2008 to 2010 i went BHOPAL nearly about 7 times and the incharge officer in this periods are(Mr. Dhoni, Mr.Shrivastav and current officer Mrs.Smt.M.K. WAGHELA).in this period 2 times i can go for haj
They have also charged Rs.2, 500. which i have made the draft with name PASSPORT OFFICER BHOPAL and send it, but upto now no reply from there.

so respective sir,
i request to you that please look after this matter and give me better suggestions.
