Subject: Complain on not delivered Speed Post.

Sir/Madam,
Regret to inform you that on 30th Jun 2009, from counter No: 1, OP-Code: DOP, Laitumkhrah Post Office, Shillong, I had posted a speed post to
BM LIC OF INDIA, ,
LIC of India, Guwahati Branch Office III
Jeevan Prakash IInd Floor
Fancy Bazar S S Rd
Guwahati 781 001,
which is unfortunately not yet dispatch as mentioned in the envelop.

Recently I have visited to LICI Guwahati office, according to concern person from LICI, Guwahati Branch Office III, Guwahati, said they have not received the speed post which I had posted from your post office.

I would also like to inform you that the envelop contain a Demand Draft worth Rs 4754/- from SBI Malki Branch dated 30th Jun 2009, for two policy premium and an application letter.

Again I would like to give you a kind attention for overlap policy premium due to not delivered from your end and I am facing uncomfortable circumstances.

Please find enclosed Xerox copy of speed post voucher and DD voucher.

Your early action in the matter will highly be appreciated.

I was supposed to receive a speed post having EMS No:EM[protected]IN, posted on[protected].When I tried to track the status of its delivery, it says "No data available".Please look into this matter.
