Indian Postal service — delivering letters late

This is to inform you that letter sent on 8/6/09 was deliverd on 30/6/09 due to which I could not sell the shares in open offer. This post man delivers letters after ten days even they are posted from mumbai.I request Indian postal to close the buisness and allow outsiders to run the same .These officers and their subordinates behave as if they are protected by higher ones.I cannot understand why their is so much delay .The officers must study the problem and increase the work force if needed at samta nagar kandivali east mumbai India
