Dear Sir, I booked one i-ticket on 27-09-08 as per enclosing letter. When the ticket was not delivered I mailed the complaint on 2nd Nov 2008 to [protected]@irctc.co.in but the complaint has not been resolved as yet. You are requested to look into the matter & resolve my complaint. Indian Railways — non-delivery of tickets
I have booked two tickets from Secunderabad to Bangalore and back for my mother, Smt Usha on 08-05-08. I am attaching the booking history which contains the PNR number etc. I bring to your notice that I have not received these two tickets so far at the delivery address. I am unable to contact the telephone numbers given like[protected],[protected] etc because they are always busy.
