[Resolved]  Indian Railways — NON DELIVERY OF I-TICKETS

Dear Sir,
I booked one i-ticket on 27-09-08 as per enclosing letter. When the ticket was not delivered I mailed the complaint on 2nd Nov 2008 to [protected]@irctc.co.in but the complaint has not been resolved as yet.
You are requested to look into the matter & resolve my complaint.

Kindly explain who is THANAMARY & on whose
authority the ticket was delivered to him/her.He /She is not the person in
whose name the tickets were issued or addressed.There is no one of this name at
the address where the tickets were to be delivered.Till date the tickets have
not been delivered to the addressee.
