Had placed an order of Children laptop on 11th may, 2010 and the Order no is IN[protected]. Since then status is showing as "Ready to Ship" and i haven't received my product till now. I have raised 2 complaints (CNT[protected] and CNT[protected])sofar and none of them got answered. I have called so many time to their contact number[protected] and no one is picking up the phone. This is the worst experience i had in recent times.

I bought a Royal Pearl Set through IndiaPlaza.In on[protected]. It was a rakhee gift which was needed to be delivered on[protected]. While doing the transaction, there was an option to specify whether the purchased item is a gift item or not. I specified that it was a gift item which was mandatory to be delivered on time. I also checked whether the pin code no. (712407) in which the product would be delivered is with in the delivery range or not. As the product was not delivered till 04th August, I called Customer Care Helpline No. (+[protected] and the representative told me that my product will be definitely delivered on or before 5th of August. I wrote an email to them regarding this and got the same reply.

Today at 5 o'clock when I checked that the product was not still not delivered then I decided to call Customer Care No. again. Surprisingly, the concerned person told me that the expected delivery of that produdct is on 8th or 9th of August. They told that the product was shipped on 30th of July 2009. But I placed that order on 25th and the money was debited from my account on that day itself. They did not have any idea about why was it delayed.

I feel very embarrassed as the gift did not reach to my sister and now I am not sure whether it will reach or not. I wonder whether I will do any further shopping from this site or not. It's a very frustrating momentfor me. There should be some kind of responsibility shown from such a huge online portal.

Same thing has already happened with me. I had bought a ring as birthday gift to my wife. And guess what happened...2 weeks have passed after the birthday of my wife. I still have no idea whether my gift will reach to me or not. They told that they will send it by Blue Dart, and have given me a Waybill no., which doesn't exist at all in the Blue Dart website. I got it confirmed by calling the Blue dart helpline.
They told me that the number isn't correct.

The address given for delivery was for a village and we could not use courier for the delivery. We have shipped the item- Royal Pearl Set- placed under order #[protected] through Registered Post on 30th July. It should been delivered before 10th August'09. We will look forward to have you shop with us soon.

I ordered Yepme Celia Teal Blue Floral Tunic from indiaplaza.in on 11th Feb 2013.
The status of the order is "Ready to ship" since the day I ordered.
I opened a ticket asking for an update on 17th Feb.
I haven't received any communications from the website yet.
The customer care phone number provided is also not working.
I want to know whether indiaplaza intends to deliver my product or not? If not, how do I get my money back?
