INDIA TIMES ,,,,THINK TWISE i booked a samsung galaxy tab in MAY 1st wk,,, then i cancelled it i ordered a bsnl penta t pad next week the next week my friend ordered a karbonn titanium s 5 in my account i didnt get my refund for the samsung (may) till today (ALMOST AUGUST),,,case id 919429.. my bsnl t pad was supplied with an DEFECTIVE charger ( case i.d 927713) third,,was not given delivery of karbonn titanium s5 even after 40 days,,, then he finally cancelled it ( case i.d 959092).... i have attached a screenshot. i have been under immense MENTAL TORTURE for the past three months,,,,whenever i call indiatimes,,, some fellow takes the fone and tries to escape by saying something,,,,, they think that we south indian fellos will never come to delhi to file a case,,,,SOMEBODY watching out there,,, i want justice Was this information helpful? | |

This is my nightmare when i recv the call from shop today.every time new commitment new rules as per they wnat.i am already mark this compliant to consumer fromum & also going to take leagal action aginst them very soon.38 mail i send them but no reply.112 time i called them always excues.one them there fake contry head aditya zhaa commiting lots of things all are fake.There is no response from Shop today people all fake commitment they do not even reply to the customer care email Id forget the offer shop today ID. let me hope that I will get a call from Shop today.

I book pakeg for me 2 months back with commitment of once they recv the document with in 48 / 72 hr confrimation of booking details will recv form. threr another holiday mail id.this commitment giving by aditya zhaa the country head.next day he was like already thing is confrim u will recv today till evening all th details on u r mail id.i book this pakeg for somr thing is very spl to me same thing i told them & giving fake commitment every time.i ahve all mails i wrote them & all call records which i made.now this time i will file complat & also going to take leagal action of harasment & spoling my time. There is no response from Shop today people all fake commitment they do not even reply. hello im tejinder from ludhiana i buy the package from shop today on date 9/3/2011 but i have not recived all kind of any docs and any thing. this is all fake commitment by the shop today team this is a fraud website and all fruad team members i giveing to on line payment icici bank. slove out my problem if possible

Shop Today executed promised me a lot of gift and a holiday package. I have bought 5 packages and paid 7999/-. Inspite of regular follow up, there is nobody to response from the company.

I am bhupal from ghataprabha (karnataka state) i receive phone call from shop today they told me your name is in locky draw ypu select to hundai i 10 you make payment of 36000/- wihin sutch two houars & get hundai i 10 i inquired my friends they told me you see website consumer complets all camitments fake then i diside stop the transaction

If you are in Delhi or Noida, it is easier.
I was cheated as well by Shop Today and also, I hold ccavenue.com, their partners accountable.
I'll be launching an online campaign shortly for people like us, and I'm sure the laws are getting stricter and stronger these days.

I have purchased (Prepaid) a wooden ashtray from Indiatimes shopping (shopping.indiatimes.com)in the month of September and in-spite of my repeated complaints (case ID: 1105995) till now i am yet to receive the item nor my money back. This is nothing but daylight robbery which this shopping site is doing from few customers whom they think will do nothing.

I, Dr. Dhanykumar Kole would like to rais e complaint against Shop Today (www.shopday.co.in) as they have sent me china make Gift against commitment of Sony Theatre Music System and Samsang make DG Cam.I have paid Rs. 14,998.00 for holiday package. Neitheer I have availed the same and we are requesting them to refund the same and they are not bothered to revert back. Noone is writting direct mails or contact me. Pls note my booking id with them is 70000016 which is booked on 27th Dec.2010. My mail id is dr.[protected]@gmail.com. Please advise us how we can take action on this case. We are looking help from you.
