dear sir,i am ajazul rahman from lucknow. i have order a product from indiatimes shopping. i had placed an order on 29th of september 2009 . the produt was maharani jackpot combo worth rs .3749. i had made the payment from a cheque . the cheque no. is 549749. bank icici branch aligarh.
my order ref no is [protected].
the probem is that after two months they have cancelled my order and now they are not even refunding the amount.

moreover, there customer executive doesn't respond to the call, they don't even think before doping the call driectly.

Finally after eight follow up and reminder mails I got back my money transferred to my Bank account on 21st March 2012 exactly after one month and 20 days!
