I got a call from the telephone no.[protected] asking me whether i have received the cheque, for so called appriciation of my insurance, which was sent by them on 20.07.2012. I received the calls from insurance verification department [health insurance] previously also. Since I do not know about the Insurance Verification of Department I requested them not to call me further. Now I would like to know whether this type of calls are to be attended or is is the fake calls or the true one. If it is a true one should I contact them for further details ?
