Hi.. Myself lovika khanna .I want to rectify my Airtel broadband bill.My airtel phone no:-[protected]. It is of 499 plan but without my permission your company is changing my plan from 499 to 550. I dont want to change my plan .so let me know what i will do ,will i leave your company or remain same with my previous plan because 5-6 months back you changed my plan from 449 to 499 but that time i didn't said anything.but this time frankly say i don't want to change my plan .so please resolve my problem.I am very thankful to you if you do so.otherwise you can cut my airtel internet.I am ok with that. thanks & regards Was this information helpful? | |||

Internet — LINE BREAKING WITHIN 3 MIN INTERVAL
I took internet service in my home on may 2011.During this time your sub contractor done the underground cable laying also.Meanwhile I received the net connection through the existing telephone service also.from that time net not working properly, means breaking after 3 min. interval. I complainted to pooyapally exchange many times, they given many contact numbers and nobody not not responsible.At present my Mother, wife and daughter is staying at home.I am staying at Abudhabi and I contacted Indian Embassy to recover these problem. They informed to send the compliant by mail . So I am sincerely requesting to resolve the problem urgently and give me an positive feedback as early as possible.Thanking you
