I have Invested in JP associates company fixed deposit 0n 21/07/2009 by A/C payee Chq drawn on HDFC bank Till date (05/03/2010) I have neither recieved any document from company nor the Quarterly payable interest. J P ASSOCIATES — Non Receipt of Interest
I had applied for a fixed deposit for Rs. 15,000.00 for 3 years on 16/09/2009 vide cheque no. 053491 drawn on HDFC Bank- Goregaon branch. After lot of communication and follow ups I have recieved the FDR ( that is after 6 months ) but ttill todate have not receievd the Interest warrants for the year March 2010 till date .Also they have a wrong address listed in theor records for which as a customer given them an undertaking on a stamped paper.
My correct address is as follows :
