[Resolved]  Jaypee Greens — Delay in possession of Apartment

Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Based on Provisional Allotment letter dated 13/11/10 and my unique Customer ID "JGGNSPA20101" we were advised possession of apartment at Jaypee Greens Spa Court-101 in SPA Apartment Tower 2 within 24 months of issue of Allotment Letter. This deadline has been crossed.

Kindly advise me what my rights are and how the situation can be resolved amicably.
