Fraud In Kosmos and other Projects

This company belongs to JP Gaur. But after his death this company is doing very poor. None of their project are complete. The company is on the verge of bankrupcy. They do not have money to complete the projects and they do not have money to refund the money for people who do not wish to continue with them.
Many case of Economic Fraud are pending against Monaoj Gaur the owner of this company.
I think no should invest in this company...

I have purchased a flat in Jaypee greens project called KOSMOS but till today I haven't any confirmation about the project completion and possession. And more over after so many complaints against the group our Consumer forum is sleeping, why are no body is taking serious action against Jaypee group? All the staff of Jaypee is like Government employees, they are treating their customers like fool. I personally met with customer handling...

Delay in possession of Apartment

Based on Provisional Allotment letter dated 13/11/10 and my unique Customer ID "JGGNSPA20101" we were advised possession of apartment at Jaypee Greens Spa Court-101 in SPA Apartment Tower 2 within 24 months of issue of Allotment Letter. This deadline has been crossed.
Kindly advise me what my rights are and how the situation can be resolved amicably.

This is to inform that I booked my flat with Jaypee Greens Project "Aman" o[censored]nit No. N4 1208. I have made demand always on time.
Last time, I have received the demand in December 2010 Rs 178500. That I have made 30th December 2010 by collection boy Mr. Sanjay Dhawan ([protected]).
After waiting 2 months when I did not receive the receipt of Rs 178500 then I spoke to Mr....

We haven't received allotment letter

I am first time raising any compaint on this link; I have booked a flat in Jaypee Greens in Kensington Park Noida Sec 128, and I have submitted a check which is for booking amount on the dated 29th Aug 2010; as promissed dated I should have allottment letter in next 25 to 30 days but still the haven`t processed the check, due to this I will not able to get allottment letter and the sanctioned loan duration is for a month...
