[Resolved] Jaypee Greens — Regarding the Payment | |||
Respected Sir, This is to inform that I booked my flat with Jaypee Greens Project "Aman" o[censored]nit No. N4 1208. I have made demand always on time. Last time, I have received the demand in December 2010 Rs 178500. That I have made 30th December 2010 by collection boy Mr. Sanjay Dhawan ([protected]). After waiting 2 months when I did not receive the receipt of Rs 178500 then I spoke to Mr. Prashant and Ms Nivedita Mukund incharge of CRC Department regarding the payment receipt. They asked the Cheque No of amount of Rs 178500. I gave the cheque number along with HDFC bank statement but they people did not find out my cheque. I was keep writing mail to Ms Nivedita Mukund and Mr Prashant regarding the same but did not receive any feedback. After 6 month I have received one more demand in June Rs 233875 include late payment charge of Rs 178500 then I speak to Mr. Prashant regarding the same. He suggested that made the payment of Rs 233875 so I have made it in June 2011 by collection boy Mr Sanjay Dhawan. Today I received one more demand in month of September 2011 Rs 133875 include late payment charge of 178500 than I speak to Mr. Prshant regarding the same. he suggested made the payment of Rs 133875. sir, can you please tell me did this mail helped you in receiving penalty from jaypee aman as i am also thinking of sending them letters for the same..i also had taken loan from bank and i was also told that flat are going to be given to their owners till 2014...

Sir,
This has reference to my earlier mail dated 15th October 2014 on the subject cited above. No response even after more than one month, has been received so far.
It is further to inform you that the possession of the above said unit was to be handed over to the undersigned by September 2013 and if we count the extended period of six months then by March 2014. As per your mail dated 05.05.2014 it was informed that the structural work has been completed in Tower No.9 and Finishing work is in progress. In case, the above unit is handed over to the undersigned in the month of August 2016, as informed by your letter no. 21748/385198/AMN0090408 dated 16.09.2014, you are required to pay me market rent of the above said unit i.e. Rs.15, 000/- per month w.e.f. April 2014, as the delay is on your part. You have to pay me Rs.1, 20, 000/- immediately i.e. the market rent of Rs.15, 000/- per month w.e.f. April 2014 to November 2014 (8 Months) and further 20 postdated advance cheques of Rs.15, 000/- upto July 2016 as the date of possession of the said unit as fixed by you is August 2016.
You must realize that the undersigned has taken loan from the Bank and from other source and paid you 95% of the total cost of the above said unit for which I am paying an EMI of Rs.19, 000/- per month.
You are requested to revert me back immediately by return mail otherwise I will be forced to approach the Court of Law.
