[Resolved] Jaypee Greens — We haven't received allotment letter | |||
Hello, I am first time raising any compaint on this link; I have booked a flat in Jaypee Greens in Kensington Park Noida Sec 128, and I have submitted a check which is for booking amount on the dated 29th Aug 2010; as promissed dated I should have allottment letter in next 25 to 30 days but still the haven`t processed the check, due to this I will not able to get allottment letter and the sanctioned loan duration is for a month only if I am unable to subbmitt the allottment letter then my loan sanctioned letter will be get expire. Mine is a similar problem only the duration now has exceeded 1.5 yrs. (lake district)
They are giving me some story saying the management is planning to scrap the plans and is contemplating if they should make a refund or offer another location.
the story has been going on since forever now.
All i have with me is the receipt for the booking amount paid and a copy of the initial application form.
Is there nothing i can do legally on this front?

I am going through the similar situation with Jaypee, its 8 months I haven't receive the allotment letter.
All I hear is due to SAP system issue there is delay in issuing some letters.
