[Resolved] Jsp Honda Kukatpally — worst service and response | |||
i had given my unicorn bike for general service in JSP HONDA KUKATPALLY showroom on 16 march 2011 and took d delivery on 17th noon. soon wen i was on d road and riding i noticed the dome cowl part was vibrating and it became more worse in d next 2 kms and one joint has been totally broken and dome was hanging. The very next moment i reached the showroom and informed about their mishandling of that dome and cause for the breakage. To my surprise they said that the joint might have been deforming from past (by seeing the scratches on the dome which actually happened an year ago) and it might have been broken now. i argued with them and contacted the manager but was no use. It costed me extra 800rs for their for the mishandling. i experienced worst response from a service company and request Honda to take as a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||

I Requested spare parts for Honda shine 2014 model. No Response from JSP Honda, Kukatpally Since 3 months. When ever I call they said, They will call me back when they get spare parts. the same thing is happening since 3 months. Ratnakar gave(spare parts manager) gave me his number:[protected]. But he was done the same thing. No response at all from him. very very worst JSP Honda, Kukatpally
Hi, have given my honda activa for servicing at JSP honda @kukatpally on 11th Jun'16 and said that not getting the mileage not more than 31KM per liter and they have noted the issue and said that will rectify. For the same the JSP honda service team asked me to change engine oil, belt, filter and spark plug and agreed to change for 1500+ Rs, after servicing am getting the mileage is less than 28 KM per liter. This is the way service.
The JSP honda only taking the vehicles and not doing anything and charging the prices like any thing, staff we don't how much they've trained.
Very pathetic service and suggest that don't go there waste of money and going to complaint in the honda website to take up in serious way.

I have given my Honda Shine bike for servicing on Aug 14, 2016 as it has battery & startup problems, they took 4 days of time and handover to me on Aug 19, 2016 and they charged 4, 700/- rupees...
After the service I'm facing lot more problems with my bike like mileage issues, clutch issues, gear issues etc...
in single work, totally my bike is not in good condition.
If I go there they are saying its petrol problem how come its related to the petrol, I'm not understanding...
Its very very very worstttttttttttttttttttt...service center never ever seen any where like this...

No responsible people in this service station, so negligent never give you proper reply. always postpone your service date giving reasons, arrogant.

JSP Honda, i have taken the new Activa Bike bike in JSP Honda Kukatpally. Given 1ST service in same show room. worst service ever and ever they wont do any repair they will wash the bike and will given the Money Receipt charging 500+Vat(Worst service center).. after service bike handle getting full vibrating in sperd of 5 to 10 speed. Plz Dont give ur bike for servicing in JSP HONDA.

First service experience: gave my new activa for service.they charged 770 including Teflon 1+1..Gave my byk with a few scratches ...When argued took 2more days to repaint it
Second service: gave byk and told them there is a sound coming from backside of the vehicle which wasn't resolved .Paid 770 including Teflon 1+1.
Third service: gave it 3days ago .Sound issue is not yet resolved .After service byk had a scratch.paid 770 including Teflon 1+1..During delivery one boy gave me a receipt for Teflon 1+1 which I didn't receive in the first 2 services for which I paid.i didn't care to argue so I left with my byk.and yesterday my speedometer and kilo meter reading stopped working and for full tank fuel the bike ran 80kms ..I went there and asked them to check this .The first thing they said was speedometer stopped after 60 kms so it's not out fault.i asked them then whose fault is it ??They replied if byk is under warranty we will replace it.I argued like it has been just 6months how can an original Thing which is running till yesterday suddenly fails and he left.got to see today evening how they will fix this.but so far I had worst experience with JSP Honda kukatpally service .Shame on them .No value for customers time and money .Don't ever trust these ***holes

This is to keep you posted that the service team of your showroom JSP Honda kukatpally location is the worst. I have given my bike for servicing on dated on 24thJune 2017, the bike came out of the service centre just like a dead person from operation theater. Only your team know how to make a bill. Please look into the issue or let me know I will take it to any of your higher management.

Don't go for this.. they are cheaters... unprofessional mechanics..they won't do servicing in proper way...worst service center... i given vehicle for service they have made some damage to the vehicle when I am asking y it happened they are saying it was there from starting...please to don't go for this it's my suggestion...No.1 Cheaters

I do experience the same problem with JSP Honda service center.
Every time they do the service and no wash sir motor karab hogaya .
3 months back I gave my bike for servicing :
Mileage came down to 25 KM/ltr
No wash - They said 'Motor is under repair.
3 months back I gave same to same JSP Madeena guda show room guys
They are saying motor is under repair.
Come on guys what are you doing for last 3 months with out water servicing.

Its a worst service center i have seen in my entire life. even if you give complaint the center manager they don't care about it. All are careless people in this center.
IT's ONE OF THE WORST SERVIE CENTER KUKATPALLY, I had given my bike to the Kukatpally Branch and by the time i have taken my bike was absolutely Good, but after giving bike for service i started to get some thing trouble they do only for sake of Service but they wont Do, I even Spoke with Manager No responce Properly, First of all they Dont Care of Customers Satisfaction,
I Suggest to Dont Prefer This Honda Show Room In Kukat pally,
And I Request to Any Higher management to respond to My Mail atleast and try to Solve all your Customers Problems.

The Activa 5g that I bought is really great but the customer service and servicing department is worse. They serviced 1st service bike nearly 60 in 3 hours. Now u can imagine. I asked them to check the front break but they did not even touch and we're really excited to leave. I did not feel any difference while I am driving it again.
If it is the customer support of Honda I think they should sell only vehicles.
Sales representative will tell u one and the service guys the other.
I really assure u of not going into the [censored] again.
