[Resolved]  JustDial.com — Cheating

I have signed the contract with Just Dial in the Promotional Scheme of Rs.2006/- in which i have being told that i will get Leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i Have to do ECS by giving Cancel Cheque and ECS Authorisation, I have not signed any contract and i have paid Rs.2200 in cash and the sales person told me that if you are happy with the services then you will have to provide cancel cheque for ECS, But on on the next month they have sent ECS in my bank which was returned due to insufficiant funds and again on the next month I have paid him directly by cash and then next month I said the sales boy to stop services as iam not getting any leads but next month another ECS and my icici Bank a/c has been debited total of rs 17500/. I have not provided any Cancel Cheque copy then also they have deducted amount from my account without intimating me.I have sent mail to JustDial regarding the same but they have not replied for this, Now, I want my money back with charges.can you help me for this???

I am a professional Makeup Artist. On 13/01/2020 i have made a contract with Just Dial for 4 months and paid 4 months' payment of Rs. 14160 online. Till the date I have not received a sigle genuine enquiry. There are many fake enquiries coming. When I attend the enquiries the number is usually either engaged or switched off, and true caller it identifying the numbers as spam. The name and location of the person is different from what is showing in just dial. And just dial is showing all the fake enquiries as leads. I contacted the Just Dial representative Mr. Praveen several times, but he informed that the contract cannot be cancelled. Even some fraud guys are calling on my number without posting an enquiry in just dial. I dont know how my number has leaked. I am completely disturbed, and I lost my money too. I have seen several such complaints against Just Dial. If anyone got the issue solved, please do let me know the process. I need my money back, and I do not need further service from Just Dial. सर मैंने आपके Just dial में अपना व्यापार listed कराने के लिए आवेदन दिया था जिसके लिए मेरे को आपके मार्केटिंग टीम से शिवानी मैडम का फोन भी आया था परंतु पेमेंट हो जाने के बाद उन्होंने टर्म्स कंडीशन को बताया जो मेरे लायक नहीं थी मैंने उनको रिफंड करने के लिए कहा जिनके इसके लिए उन्होंने अभी तक ना तो रिफंड का मेल दिया है ना रिफंड का कोई प्रोसेस के लिए बोल रहे हैं मेने सीनियर से भी बात करने के लिए बोला परंतु काफी विनती के बाद भी मेरे सीनियर से बात नही हो पाई
