[Resolved]  Karbonnmobiles.com — Set Is not under the govt rules.

Dear Sir,
I purchased a mobile set in the month of Jun 2009 and trecieving the the reminder from Airtel, that
your hand set an invalid IMEI as per govt rule directive handsets with invalid IMEI will not work with any telecom services.
I just found that I have cheeted from this company, so please take a strong action with the Karbonn organisation, so that it will not repeat again happend. I am just sufferer because no any single dealer responded although asked to that I have not no any relation with karbonn company.
This is not acceptable.
Please help.

Dear Sir,

Rawatbhata is the biggest site of Nuclear Power Plants in India and around 3000 employees are working in Power plant, Mobile SIM are provided by company to all employees. Carbonn mobiles are very good for us as it is having all facilities which we required.

I have purchased Karbonn mobile model No. K330 GSM 900/1800 Serial No.[protected] F71/09, IMEI NO. (1) [protected] (2) [protected] on dated 30/05/2009 from RAVI MUSIC CENTER, BAZAAR NO.2, PO:- RAWATBHATA, KOTA (RAJ) PHONE NO.[protected],[protected],


But it is regretted to inform you that my mobile is giving regularly trouble right from beginning. Presently my mobile is having problem i.e voice is not being received to caller and some time interrupting since one month . I have informed to shopkeeper about the problem but He ignored me and not given proper response whereas it is in warranty period. I am a General Secretary of Supervisors Association and I required mobile phone every time with me.

Therefore I request you to please advice him to replace my mobile with new one immediately.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchase one karbonn mobile model number K10 on 05/02/2010 from some o[censored]r dealer named prakash radio and watch co.180 jail road indore-452007 (MP) as I like the handset for its look and its features which I compared with nokia and bought it for Rs.3750 on 5th Feb. Now this is to tell u the other day when I click the photo from the mobile its not working and then I went your authorized dealer (Ayushi Electronics) for service, he asked me to leave the mobile as he want to check the software and then next day he called me and told that this set is having problem and he will make the note and our mobile get changed so I again went to Prakash radio and watch co. and request them that I want some other company handset as I don’t want this thing to be happened again in the future with the same set ..So he immediately refuse my request and told me that they will deduct 400/- per handset and then gave us some other company's handset as company (karbonn) will charge this amount (for returning) so I asked him to refund my whole amount or if I can talk to some authorized person in bang lore...but they are not even refunding my amount nor accepting to give some other company’s handset and whatever the balance amount will be I’ll give…
Now this is to request you to kindly instruct the dealer to refund my whole amount Rs.3750/- or allow me to purchase any other company’s handset without deducting the payment as I am sure that company will not going to charge this amount from the dealers. Should the customer expect this kind of behavior from such a big mobile company? Or the dealers’ think customers are fool…so kindly sort out the matter on your end and revert back at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I have purchased one new Karbonn mobile model K560 (IMEI/Serial No. [protected]) at Coonoor V.K.G. Mobile centre on 31.10.2009. From the beginning the battery is not working properly.(battery s.no. k[protected]). The compalint is that the battery is not good and the charge gets disconnected within 4 hours.(on standby mode). We requsted the dealer to change the battery but the dealer doddging us and telling that the battery is not available in the market. So what we have to do?
And also the mobile is not supporting many softwares (3G, reliance internet etc., ) for this also what I have to do?
For this mobile I have paid Rs.5300/-. I am a middle class family man and I cant bear more than this and also I cant buy a new mobile. So please reply me immediatly.reply to my e-mail as shown in the above.

sir, I had purched Karbon K10 in Jan2010 from Hazaratganj, lucknow(UP) . I am sorry to say that the set has started to hang wef may2010 . I had submitted the same to mobi.com service centre at sriram tower, lucknow but they had not solved the problem properly of the phone and return it to me after 3 days .unfortunately the set had started hanging from the next day, I had again go to mobi.com service centre but they refused to accept the set and advised me to go to sonica service centre, faridi market, hazaratganj lucknow . I had submitted the set on new service centre sonica on 21/6/2010. but they had not returning my handset and simply replied me that the set is not coming back my head office. I request you to kindly instruct the sonica service centre to either repair my set or replace the same at the earliest. I am sorry to say that the response of both the service centre situated at lucknow is very poor due to which the reputation of Karbon mobile get affected . Please take any action to improve it.
