Kaunsa.com — Item not shipped till now | |||
Dear sir, I have placed order for Lava Mobile handset from www.kaunsa.com,when I placed the order the delivery time was shown 7-10 days. I placed order on 10th April ,but still I didn`t receive the product, when i contact to customer care, it says the delivery time is 15 days ,you will get your product soon as we get in stock.if the item was not in stock why they written on advt.that item is in stock. Why cant all the people who have been cheated from Kaunsa.com file a Fraud case, Go ahead File a case against them, 100 FIR for Fraud should be enough to take them down. I have been cheated as well i will also be doing the same thing FIR against Kaunsa.com for online Fraud.

As per my order Ref. ID: Kaun/107026 from (Mify Solution Pvt. Ltd.) Kaunsa.com, I requested to refund my money,
they replied me that the item has been dispatched, so they can`t refund the amount, but when i asked for docket details for the same,
they denied to provide me docket details. Mify Solution Pvt. Ltd (Kaunsa.com) is fraud company.
Kindly help me to refund my money from this fraud company.You are the last hope for me.
