I have ordered many products from Kaunsa by past years and 4000rs wallet balance is still there in my Kaunsa wallet registered mobile no. [protected]. I have 4000rs wallet balance which is left unused due to the termination of the Kaunsa site. I had never expected this site to be terminated. As a valuable company, I am seeking request to kindly refund my 4000rs hard-earned money by contacting my registered no with Kaunsa [protected]. If found any issues to contact then please contact an alternative number that is:[protected]. Kindly refund my 4000rs hard-earned money by contacting above numbers. I sumit khowal and buying a phone from is side and phone is not working from the time of purchased and two time of reverse pick arrangement but still same problem and executive call centre person change her name every time renu, preeti, sonia and company is fraud and fake communication address is fake i have visit his address -204/ single tower sector 58, noida
No one person in his office, some other person of building said last two and three months shift office. Then i call centre calling girl name renu saying i send mailing address in your mail, after that i checked mail no mail received till today.
Please return my money in my account.

I made the payment but they have not delivered the item. I did the follow up and made several call at customer care. They always kept me on hold. I raised the complain but no one has resolved the issue.

This is to inform you that I had booked one I phone 6s Plus on 19.11.2016 and the same was delivered on 24.11.2016.

As inform to you the same is not working and new cards were tried by service providers like Vodafone & Airtel its showing no signal.

Today I received courier by ECOM EXPRESS against Kaunsa.com product Reference no. [protected] item iPhone 6s plus 16 GB True Clone. Display is not working in this product. Change this product tell me the procedure how and when this will be changed. Why you are sending defected product. Return the money/changed the product with working condition.

I have placed an order for a samsung mobile for which i have paid online
Itself i have not received any message nor is the product delivered and this
Order was placed in the last week of september.
The contact number given is wrong and if you mail them anything the mail
Never goes through it always fails.
Would like to know when will i get the product or is it possible that i can

Kaunsa.com shoping site is fake. i was ordering 31 aug 2016 but still i have not received my product and i was calling customer care for refund from 15 sep 2016 but still i can't received any single rupees from this bluddy bogus site.customer care was asking your refund procedure is complete but still i have not received any rupees or now its not picking any call

This is with reference to my on line purchase of 7 nos. wrist watches from KAUNSA.COM / Mifty Solutions Pvt. Ltd on 18/10/2014 with reference no. [protected]. Further I have not received 2 watch combo offer of Casio brand model no. Casio edifice EF 554d 7avd And CASIO EDIFICE EF 556 CHRONOGRAPH MENS GENTS WRIST WATCH till date, it is now almost more 2 years (i.e.730 days) has passed I have given a telephonic complain and mail complain many times but no response till date. None of their customer care executive Nikita, Nisha, Monika could resolve the issue. They have provided complain reference number many times but no response till date. Every time they gave me false promise to resolve the issue within 48 hours, and whenever I tried to call them either the number is switched off or no response at all.
Note: Even I tried making personal visit at their Noida office 204- 2nd floor, Singhal Tower but they shifted there off somewhere else.
Kaunsa.com don’t give payment option for COD (Cash On Delivery) because it’s a cheater company. All other reputed company Like Flipkart, Amazon, Snap deal etc. provide us COD payment mode.
Indian Consumer Complaints Forum (ICCF) are kindly requested to resolve the above issue with my ordered watches or refund of my payment as soon as possible. And please ban this people by take a strict action against them so that they cannot cheat other customer via this type of online fraud business network.

Hi team,

I have not received any revert from kounsa.com for my complaint and not received my money till date.

I have already raised the complaint on kounsa.com website but still no response received yet.

My complaint no kaun/t445647/[protected] was logged on 9th jul'15.

I have done the call on customer care in multiple time. But always executive said that my refunded product not received by us and we have already shared the delivery proof. But they haven't responded to me and no refund the amount yet.


Request you to please help to refund the my money at the earliest as the same has already been delayed since more than one year.

I want to complain report to kaunsa.com its online shopping site. They are using online site name of kaunsa.com and promoting their product and showing cheaper rate on site and after buying any product they never deliver and respond either on call or email even they never refund money what i had already paid via online transfer. I am requested you please suggest me any way to refund my money from them.

On 20.5.16 I ordered a watch worth rs.13, 100. one month over, the watch is not delivered yet. I made 140 calls and 1 time I got over phone and got a shipment no. even that is also fake no. When I checked in courier co. Website. I called their parents company and all their phones are switched off. Customers please don't buy anything. I have launched cyber cell complaint.

Your phone are not connecting if connecting you guys are not responding.
What is going on your end. Lots of calls & mails send to you but you guys are not responding.
I tried to chase you from a one & half years for my phone refund.
What happens to you. Seriously you people are ultimate's. This kind of business & service you people are providing to customers its a shameful. My product are return to you guys around over a year back. but you people told me every time that your refund will come in a week time. But your week is not ending. So tell me the truth when can i get my refund finally. Or I will go for launch a complaint to consumer Court.

Actually i had booked a CASIO EDIFICE EF 550 RED BULL EDITION watch product in kaunsa.com, on 05 -jan-2016, which worth of rupees 3000, and where the product found unsatisfactory for me and i had return it, and intimated for refund process.the customer care executive had told that process had been started on 05 of Feb-16, But till now due regular conversation with them it has not been done.
and i am sharing you the order details- [protected] . and where i had paid it through my credit card.the interest amount has been doubled due the delay.
And surprisingly the customer numbers are not working.and customer care number his [protected] or [protected] and i am sharing the screen short of the order summary . so please kindly solve the issues as soon as possible, which is my last hope

I called many times in your customer care, but no one can take responsibility of my complain.

have ordered a mobile phone online on www.kaunsa.com in the month of july 2015 with order number [protected].i received the phone after few days but the phone was defective.i complained about the same and requested them to refund me the money.but i was made to understand that the money wont be returned and the phone will be replaced eventough i said them that this process will take some time and my purpose of buying the phone will be in vain.but anyhow they were not ready to pay me back the money.i was shocked and was mentally disturbed by this.finally i asked them for the replacement of the phone and i shocked to know that if i have to get the phone replaced i have to send it back to the company on my own expenses and charges.this again added to my mental disturbance. finally i sent them the phone on my expenses through the courier at the adress mentioned on their website.after enquiring many times about the receipt of the phone then i was told that i had to send the phone on another adress of the company.the charges i paid to send the phone went waste and then again i had to send the phone on the other adress provided by them.after making number of phone calls from my side i was informed that the company will call me back regarding this.. but i never recived any calls from them.later on it was me who made the called the company few more times and then i was said that the phone has been despatched.later on i got the phone in the month of november but the problem was same with the handset.it was defective with worst situation.i complained about the same and the similar process continues as the earlier i was again said that the phone will be replaced but money wont be returned.the company has cheated me twice in same manner.i have been menatlly disturbed by this and couldnt do my other work because of the stress. i mailed them a few times but never got any response of it. at last i have to approach this .
