[Resolved] Kent RO — KENT GREEN stopped working - Less than a month old | |||
I purchased Kent Grand+ product last month from Reliane Digital in Phoenix Market City, Bangalore.The day after installation, it started a warning alarm. Reliance RESQ team fixed the issue after replacing some parts. After 2 weeks, it stopped working. Again RESQ team came and replaced another faulty part as I hold extended service agreement with them. Now 3 days after that, again it stopped. Now even RESQ team is unable to fix it. Not even a month and the equipment has broken down. Will I get a replacement of the entire unit? I have paid 20000+ for it including the service agreement and is this what you offer? Was this information helpful? | |||
