Kent U.f — not providing service

I bought Kent RO system from a Kent dealer---paradise decorators pvt. ltd. Chandigarh. in April 2006 it was informed that every three months the system will be checked but nobody has ever bothered to attend for the same. When I had some problem, after so many telephonic calls, requests but nobody come to check and service the system. kindly look intothe matter and suggest us what to do further. i need the immediately service of the system and rest of the problem over. my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com
