[Resolved] Kesineni Travels — Not refunding ticket | |||
Hi, I tried to book an online ticket from Chennai to Guntur in KesineniTravels.com on December 5th 2010. During the transaction, session expired after deducting funds (1360/-) from my account without booking ticket. And I raised a compliant on the same day with Kesineni helpline. Case-id, they gave for that compliant is 23509. But for several calls to Kesineni Travels customer care, I got the same response; refunbd will happen in 2 days (48 working hours). I tried to book an online ticket from Hyderabad to Manipal in KesineniTravels.com on Feb 11th 2011.
During the transaction, session expired after deducting funds (1220/-) from my account 2 times with only 1 ticket being booked.
Can you please refund the money.Sorry for the late intimation as i saw the account statement today.
