[Resolved] Kinetic Sym Flyte — Registration Problem for Kinetic Sym Flyte since Dec 2007 !! | |
This is to bring to your notice that in spite of my repeated attempts to get my 2 wheeler registered; this is not working out with the Dealer in Hyderabad. I have called up at the numbers of Kinetic, Pune as well but got no good response so far. Details are as under: Model: Kinetic Sym Flyte Customer Name: Narendra Kumar Contact No: +[protected] / +[protected] Month/Year of Purchase: Dec 2007 Dealer: SRI SURYA WHEELS PVT LTD., HYDERABAD Every now and then when I enquire about the progress from the dealer, I get to hear following reasons or responses: 1) RTA Agent has been changed; we are looking for your papers. 2) We have not yet received the papers from Kinetic. 3) We have already given the papers to you. 4) The concerned person is on vacation or out of station. 5) Give us some more time (15-20 days). It has spanned to more than a year now!! And many more other reasons. Appreciate if someone can look into this matter or suggest ways at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |

This is with reference to my earlier complaint regarding the Kinetic Flyte that I had bought from the Kinetic showroom - Sri Surya Wheels, Ranigunj, Hyderabad 8 months ago. I have been having a problem with the vehicle from the 2nd month onwards and despite repeated complaints there seems to be no solution in sight. To give you the history once again.
I took my vehicle for its first servicing and on receiving the same realized that petrol was leaking. I took it back to Sri Surya Wheels and they changed the tank as it had developed a leak. After that I had the same tank leak problem and other problems for which i wrote to you. This time you sent Mr. Mohan to repair the vehicle, which he did.
On 10th Jan, 2008 I took the vehicle for servicing because the tank was leaking again. The workshop engineer tells me that the tank will leak if I fill the tank, so only fill it 1/2 and I shall have no problems. He also said that this is a problem with this model and that I will need to manage in this manner.
Now my tank is continually leaking and there are heavy fumes around my vehicle. I called Sri Surya Wheels today and told them that the tank is leaking and i need them to come and repair the problem. The workshop engineer tells me that there is no danger if the tank is leaking and i can ride and bring the same to the workshop for them to check it out.
If an accident happens to property or person due to the leakage of petrol I will hold Kinetic Honda liable for criminal negligence and will sue the company for damages. Despite repeatedly bringing the matter to your Dealer and company's notice both of you have been taking the complaints very lightly. It is obvious that non of you understand the magnitude of the danger this vehicle poses.
I am once again asking the company to do the decent thing and return my money and take this vehicle back. As per your own dealer this model has a problem and has no business being on the roads in the first place. If you have sold me a faulty piece and there is no permanent solution to the problem, and I was not told about this problem at the time of buying the vehicle, then the onus of restitution lies with Kinetic. Why am i being made to run from pillar to post?

I also had same Registration Problem for Kinetic Sym Flyte and bought the flyte from SRI SURYA WHEELS PVT LTD., HYDERABAD 40days back. I called the dealer for registration last 2 weeks and he replied problem in the RTO..get registration in another 2 to 3 days. Same answer for the last 2 weeks.
For the last one week I didn't use it because of not registered and also I paid fine once with traffic sargent. I don't know what to do?
I felt merely waste of money of RS.45, 000/-. Also I am disappointed mainly with the mileage of the scooter. It comes average 35KM/Lit even after first service. I don't know what they adjust for the milage in the first service.
Appreciate if someone suggest ways to get registration first.

Hi there,
I have bought a Kinetic Sym flyte last oct 2008. After running fine for some 3months there started Petrol tank leaking problem and the worst part is no dealer/service center cares about the customers.
After going behind tem for nearly15days i got it repaired somehow.After 1month of this a new problem started, engine making sound at low speeds as if something is hitting the road from below, if i stop n look nothis is there.
It is really painful to buy any Kinetic Flyte after paying 47000rs for it.
Totally unworthy and waste of money.
Company or dealers does not even care about it.
Does the company have any QUALITY CHECKING SYSTEMS???? or its just that they manufacture something so cheap in quality and let it on road for customers to pay for thier defects?
Please someone help the company know the fact about the pain it is causing to customers.

I have recived only Road tax reciept ao far, your dealer hasnt cared to call me even once.
i am still follwing up for original registration papers
kindly respond on this if not i will be forced to send across legal notice/ approach consumer forum
i once again request you to sort out this issue else refund all payment made which is quite possible as you are a large organisation. I cannot afford to lose such big amount.
