Dear All,
This is Sandesh reporting a complaint that the Replacement cylinder is not delivered yet despite waiting for a month after booking. We booked the refill on 25/5/2011 and we do not know the status of the order or refill yet.
The reasons for complaining are :
1. There is no proper booking system designed even if there are lakhs of customers in the database.
2. The IVRS booking system sucks, whosoever designed or approved it must be an irresponsible who is not worthy to manage things and orders.
3. There is no option in the IVRS booking system to register a complaint. There is an option which does not work at all.
4. There is no response from the distributor and lack of interest towards service makes it very hard and tough for the lives of customers who are booking the refill.
5. There is no grievance cell to address any kind of issues.
6. There is no proper contact details to register a complaint.
