[Resolved]  Kk Indane Enterprises — DELAY IN DELIVERY AND MALPRACTICE

Sir/Madam my consumer number is 94940.I booked my gas on 03 Oct 14 vide reference no 817989.The cash memo was generated on 17 Oct 14 and the reference no is [protected] and I got a message on 20 Oct 14 that the cylinder has been delivered whereas the same has not been delivered till date.in the month of May 14 same problem occured.The cylinder was taken back after two days of delivery.Again I have to book for the same.I thing some malpractice is going on . The gas is booked in my name and sold out to somebody else at higher price.Moreover the guys delivering the gas are very rude, they behave like our boss.For Gas delivery It takes one month after booking and one week after cash memo is generated. In view of the above you are requested to look into the matter and initiate disciplinary against the defauters for causing unnecessary inconvience to me.I hope early delivery of my Gas cylinder.Thanking you MR PC PRUSTY AIR FORCE CAMP MARATHAHALLI OPPOSITE BRAND FACTORY MALL BANGALORE-37
