Over Charging
The distributor/ delivery man is not giving the bill for all the LPG supplies he had made till date. He is charging us Rs.450/- whereas as per news paper and other sources, the price of cylinder in bangalore is Rs.415/- only. If we ask for the bill the delivery boy says that his role is just to deliver the cylinder. He is asking us to either collect the cylinder along with the bill from the distributor's place itself or just ask the distributor for the bill. We had visited the distributors office so many times for the bill and they are simply ignoring us saying that they will give us after some time.
Service Related
Service is very poor as they never tell us when the Cylinder will be delivered correctly. Every time the delivery boy is demanding extra money saying that our house is on 1st floor. Every time we visit the distributors office regarding the bill, they simply make very lethargic statements. Every time we ask the delivery boy for the bill, he also makes very lethargic statements.
Delay in Complaint Attendance
A complaint was launched on 29/03/2012 thru the Toll free help line No. [protected]. The Complaint No. is 384090. I spoke to an executive Louis by name. I was assured that the issue will be sorted out in next 2 days time and I will get updates regarding the action taken against the distributor thru Phone calls and SMS. Nothing happened till 03/04/2012. Again I called the same help line and Spoke to Danish regarding the status updates. He put me to a floor supervisor Sanobar by name and she promised me a call back within 2 days regarding the action against the distributor and towards my refund of excess amount and providing bills. Nothing happened till 12/04/2012. Again I called the same helpline number and asked for the updates. I was simply updated that the delivery boy was instructed to return the excess money. No action was taken against the distributor. When I told them that I did not get any refund as well as my bills, again, I was given a fresh complaint number 410126. I was assured that it will be sorted within 4 days. Also the Customer Care team claims that their role is just to type the informations for filing the complaint and they do not have the authority to take action against the distributor or give the contact details of the concerned department head or to pass on the call to the concerned department head. On 12/04/2012, first I spoke to one executive then they passed on the call to Danish.

I really don't understand how to get the excess money from the delivery boy/ distributor with the informations provided by the Customer Care team. Also is this the final action that has been taken against the distributor?? Should I really wait for infinite days to get my issue sorted out by just calling the customer care team or updating in your websites?? IS it really mandatory to pay the delivery boy excess amount than the bill amount as he claims to be?? Is it really not possible for me to get the bills for the deliveries made to me?? I need the bills for so many other documentation purposes. Please render justice at the earliest.
