Kk Indane Enterprises — Not delivering gas refilling cylinder in proper timing (worst service)

I had booked gas refill on 10/06/2016 with ref no 507327. but after 6 days i got a message, the refill booking got cancelled. i don't know why it got cancelled automatically. then i booked again, after some days i got message your cylinder is delivered with cash memo [protected]. but i have not yet received any gas cylinder. i called and visited the kk indane gas, munnekollal, marathalli many times. but no help. they are saying only checking. i am not understanding what kind of service is this. my consumer no is [protected]. i want a severe action on these buggers. i request indane gas agencies to look into this immediately.
