[Resolved]  Kotak Life Insurance — Delay payment of surrendered policy no. 01250361

I have taken home loan in 2008 and for that taken insurance cover from Kotak Life Insurance.
I was paying Rs. 2500/- quarterly, my loan was already cleared in second year and after three years maturity of this i have surrendered it because i have given them so many time ECS form and details but still they did not activated that facility and so that i always have to visit the office and give them cheque for last Three years, at last i taken decision to surrender the policy they told me that it will take only four days to credit the amount in my account after doing little formality and i have cleared all the formality in the month of November 2011 now Two and half month is over but no response was given by Mr.Anup Dutta Sales Manager Alternate Channel. His email id is dutta.[protected]@kotak.com and mobile n. [protected].
I want to tell all the people that the service of the Kotal Life Insurance is such a poor that i[censored] will take insurance policy from them u have to be ready to follow them up for 100 times.

We have received an Assignment request in December 2010 whereby the policy has been reassigned to yourself Mr. Habil Simon Lakra.
