MY NAME IS AMIT KUMAR WAHI I WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE. LUDHIANA PUNJAB. AFTER LEAVING MY JOB I SUBMITTED ALL MY PROVIDENT FUND RELATED FORM AND DOCUMENT TO THE PF OFFICE IN 6 OCT 2010 BUT NOW ALMOST 4 MONTHS HAVE BEEN PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT...MY PF NUBER IS MH/187/21519 Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello My Name is Lakhveer Singh From mandi gobindgarh i was working at M/s JAI SIDH YOGI STEEL ROLLING MILLS, KHANNA after
leaving my job i was submitted all my pf related documnets in PF office, ludhiana almost 1 years later .am received my EPF amount my neft almost9 month past but am not received my family pension amount till dated and in this regarding am complaint to employee PF, officer so many time but result is ZERO.

i m Neeraj pandit from chandigarh and i was also an employ of Kotak Life Insurance for almost 1 and a half years.i submitted all my PF related documents at sector 9 chandigarh office in the month of june'11 but till date i dont have any information about the PF status.
Kindly guide me, what should i do.
