[Resolved] Kotak Life Insurance — termination of policy without payment | |||
As I have purchased life insurance policy from kotak mahindra old mutual life insurance ltd policy no.00984858 in my wife's name and paid Rs,15000/-.They have not intimated and provided for payment of istallments any assistance.So i could not pay the money.And suddenly they terminated policy without any payments. Therefore i request you the justice and payment of my balance money please Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to your Policy# 984858, we would like to confirm that we have sent all the relevant communication to your mailing address in our records. These include the lapse notice and the renewal notice as well.
We also intimated you through SMS alerts in March 2009 pertaining to renewal and then in May 2009 about lapsation.
We have also called and informed you about the renewal due date on 16th April 2009 wherein you confirmed that you would make the payment within grace.
Based on the above details, we regret our inability to reinstate the policy.
